Casio Computer Co., Ltd. has added the "ECB-10" to its EDIFICE line of high-performance metal watches, designed with the concept of "Speed and Intelligence." Developed based on interviews with racing teams, the watch connects to smartphones via Bluetooth and features a calendar app. The digital display at 12 o'clock and the subdial reminiscent of a speedometer at 7-8 o'clock display the start and end times of a schedule, along with a countdown to those times. A new audible start and end notification function also supports time management for racing teams who juggle minute-by-minute schedules. Stopwatch data can also be transferred to a smartphone, aiding in the centralized management of test data. Automatic time zone correction is also supported, making it convenient for traveling around the world. The watch's face features an octagonal bezel reminiscent of car maintenance tools and four screws, creating a mechanical impression. Horizontal lines on the dial evoke the dynamism of a racing car speeding along. In addition to the bracelet, each model comes with a soft urethane band reminiscent of a tire pattern.
