SIHH2019 / Hermès Arceau L'Heure de la Lune

2019.01.17

This innovative design combines the automatic caliber H1837 with a special module, making it possible to simultaneously display the moon phases of both the northern and southern hemispheres. Two movable small dials displaying the hours, minutes, and date complete one revolution within the case every 59 days, showing the phases of the moon on the back. The cardinal points are south at 12 o'clock and north at 6 o'clock. Two models are available with dials made of meteorite or aventurine, and the moon motif on both is made of mother-of-pearl. Limited editions of 100 pieces each worldwide.
