This is the world's first movement equipped with light-powered technology and 1,000m water resistance suitable for saturation diving. To prevent the set time from being lost due to accidental movement, a locking mechanism has been added in addition to the conventional unidirectional rotation prevention mechanism. To simplify operation, the mechanism allows the watch to be locked/unlocked in the same way as operating a rotating bezel, further enhancing the safety of the timekeeping function, which is the lifeblood of a diver's watch.
A helium gas exhaust valve is located at the 10 o'clock position on the case, allowing the release of helium gas that may have entered the watch during saturation diving, preventing damage to the watch during decompression. Equipped with a solar-powered Eco-Drive system, this watch eliminates the need for periodic battery changes. It also features a charge level indicator, allowing you to check the charge level in advance and dive without worrying about the watch suddenly stopping.
