Concord Concorde

Founded in Bienne, Switzerland in 1908 as a manufacture specializing in the American market, Concorde produced many luxury watches incorporating gemstones and precious metals. At the Potsdam Conference in 1945, President Truman famously presented Concorde watches to the prime ministers in attendance, including Churchill and Stalin. The quartz watch launched in 1979 garnered attention as the world's thinnest, and the following year, the company released the even thinner "Delirium IV," measuring just 0.98mm. Although the company was acquired by the North American Watch Company (NAWC) in 1970, Concorde's tradition of beautiful jeweled watches remains intact to this day.
