Founded in 2012 in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, this watch brand's name, "Hydro-Mechanical Horologist," embodies the concept of "displaying time with liquid." Its unique mechanism, developed using a wide range of technologies, utilizes two bellows located at the 6 o'clock position. The contraction and expansion of these bellows moves two types of liquid contained in circularly curved Plexiglas tubes called capillaries, displaying the time at their point of contact. One revolution is 12 hours. The liquid is reset to its original position twice a day. The movement of the bellows is driven by a special hand-wound mechanical caliber designed to drive this liquid module. This mechanism has been present since the first model, the "H1." The "H3," released in 2015, features a unique design with a capillary running horizontally across the horizontal case, representing the transition of time in a straight line, and the hour markers change to display the 24-hour time. In 2019, the company released the "SOONOW" watch, which depicts a skull using 313 18K gold pins arranged on the dial and capillaries surrounding the outer periphery.
