This watch maison was founded in 1755. Its founders were Jean-Marc Vacheron (1731-1805) and François Constantin (1788-1854). In 1819, the company changed its name to its current one. In 1996, it joined the Richemont Group. In 97, it acquired the watch workshop HDG (now VCVJ). In 2015, it celebrated its 260th anniversary. Its signature works include the Batrimony series (1955-).
