An ebauche manufacturer founded in 1906. Currently ETA. Founded by Auguste Raymond, it was originally the movement manufacturing division of Auguste Raymond SA. It joined Ebauches SA in 32 and disappeared when it was reorganized into ETA in 83. Its signature works include the 6497/98 pocket watch movements. Its basic design dates back to the 1930s.
