An ebauche manufacturer founded in 1873. Production ceased in 1970. Now ETA. In 1884, they perfected the 8-day ebauche for clocks. In 95, the company was reorganized as Charles Hahn, and in 1925 changed its name to Landeron. In 1912, they produced their first wristwatch ebauche, and in 27 joined Ébauches SA. In 56, they were effectively absorbed by Fontainemelon, a member of the same group. They specialized in making chronographs, but compared to the expensive Valjoux, they positioned themselves as inexpensive chronograph ebauches using cams. Their signature products include the Landeron 48.
