Although Omega will not be exhibiting at Watches & Wonders Geneve, it has already launched new models across a wide range of collections, including the Speedmaster and Constellation, in 2024. This article will introduce the latest Omega models.

Omega, which has been the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games since 1932, has released models commemorating the hosting of the Olympics in the past, including a special edition of the Seamaster Diver 300M.
This collection is the second Olympic model following the Seamaster Diver 300M. It is based on the Speedmaster Chronoscope, which has been available since 2021.

The Speedmaster Chronoscope is a collection inspired by Omega's chronograph watches from the 1940s. Like the Speedmaster Professional, it features an asymmetrical case and an anodized aluminum bezel with a tachymeter scale. However, while the Speedmaster only has a tachymeter scale, this model features a snail-design meter printed on the dial that also functions as a tachymeter, telemeter, and pulsometer.

For the Paris 2024 edition, the Speedmaster Chronoscope is adorned with 18K Moonshine™ Gold. Two models are available: the stainless steel model features 18K Moonshine™ Gold indices and leaf-shaped hour and minute hands and subdial hands coated in the same material. The other model's case and bracelet are crafted from 18K Moonshine™ Gold. Both models feature a snail-design timing scale in dark gray, creating a subdued impression. 18K Moonshine™ Gold is Omega's proprietary colored gold alloy. It has a distinctive, paler hue than standard 18K yellow gold and is resistant to aging. It's also used in the Seamaster Diver 300M Paris 2024 Edition, making it a fitting material for this special edition.

The solid case back features a polished medallion with the Paris 2024 logo, the inscription "Paris 2024" and the Olympic rings on a frosted base.
The movement is the Master Chronometer-certified Cal. 9908 (Cal. 9909 for the 18K gold model), equipped with a co-axial escapement. Its excellent precision and magnetic resistance make it a reliable watch for everyday use.
Two models with perforated calfskin straps have also been added to the lineup. The list price is 1,463,000 yen for the stainless steel case model and 5,049,000 yen for the 18K Moonshine™ gold case model (both prices include tax). Sales will begin on Thursday, April 18, 2024.
New for 2024: Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional
A new white dial model has been added to Omega's flagship Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional. Unlike the standard black dial model, the lineup currently only includes models with sapphire crystal crystals.

Manual winding (Cal. 3861). 26 jewels. 21,600 vph. Power reserve approximately 50 hours. Stainless steel case (diameter 42mm, thickness 13.2mm). Water resistant to 5 bar. Price: 1,111,000 yen (tax included).
The refreshing white color is achieved by a lacquer finish. The inspiration for this piece comes from the prototype model of the "Alaska Project" created in 1969. A distinctive feature of the Alaska Project, a removable red protective case to cope with the temperature changes in outer space, is combined with a white dial, resulting in a white dial with red accents on the "Speedmaster" lettering and the tip of the second hand.
The indexes have been changed to applied specifications, and the hands, indexes, minute markers, and subdials are all black, providing high visibility befitting the name Professional.
The movement is equipped with a coaxial escapement and is equipped with the Master Chronometer-certified Cal. 3861. You can admire its precise movement through the see-through case back.
In addition to the stainless steel bracelet, the watch is available in perforated leather and rubber straps.

New for 2024: Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon Apollo 8
The Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon Apollo 8, which was released in 2018 with the theme of the far side of the moon, has been renewed with a new movement.

Manual winding (Cal. 3869). 26 jewels. 21,600 vph. Power reserve approximately 50 hours. Ceramic case (diameter 44.25 mm, thickness 13 mm). Water resistant to 5 bar. Price: 2.2 million yen (tax included).
The new Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon Apollo 8 is equipped with the Master Chronometer-certified movement, Cal. 3869, which features a co-axial escapement. This improves magnetic resistance and durability, making it more practical. The baseplate and bridges are finished in black and feature a pattern inspired by the lunar surface.

The lunar design can also be seen on the dial. The realistic lunar surface pattern is a design that has been carried over from the previous model, but this time, the small seconds hand features a hand modeled after NASA's Saturn V rocket. This hand is made of titanium and is incredibly detailed, even down to the white and black coloring and shape.
The case is made of black ceramic, the bezel features a white Grand Feu enamel tachymeter scale, and the strap is made of perforated rubber.
New for 2024: Constellation Meteorite 41mm

As the collection name, which means "constellation," suggests, its appeal lies in its mysterious designs that evoke a sense of connection with the distant universe.
It is equipped with a Master Chronometer-certified mechanical automatic movement with a coaxial escapement, which can be viewed through the see-through case back.
