A quick look at Parmigiani Fleurier's new watches for 2024!

We present a selection of new Parmigiani Fleurier watches released in 2024. The "Trick" collection, which dates back to the brand's founding, has been revived as a collection that redefines and incorporates modern elegance. Also noteworthy are the new variations of the "Tonda."

Trick Petit Seconde

　Parmigiani Fleurier is resurrecting the name of its collection, "Trick." Torick was one of the collections from when the house was founded in 1996, and featured conservative, classic models. While the revival follows the classic silhouette, it is not merely a simple remake; it is a collection that demonstrates the modernity of Parmigiani Fleurier today.

　Upon its revival, elegance was redefined. The movement, dial, indexes, and hour and minute hands are all gold, and the case is limited to a combination of gold and platinum, capturing the lustre and color of the finest materials. The movement is limited to manual winding and features high-quality finishing, giving it the appeal of classic watch culture. The movement design gives the impression of a fusion of classic and modern, which is also based on the redefined elegance.

　The colors are taken from the color palette established by the master of purism, Le Corbusier, and evoke the colors of the earth and nature, bringing a new vision to the Trick, where purity and elegance blend naturally. Each model is made up of a dial that follows this color palette, which is hand-grained using classical techniques and combined with a nubuck-processed alligator strap.

The "Trique Petite Seconde" is a three-hand model with a small seconds hand, and is available in two combinations: a sand gold dial with an 18KRG case, and a Celadon green dial with a platinum case. The Caliber PF780 movement is visible only through two barrels, a balance wheel, and a large plate adorned with Côtes de Fleurier decoration. It has a power reserve of approximately 60 hours. The case diameter is 40.6mm, and the thickness is kept to a mere 8.8mm, perhaps another element of elegance.

Trick Chronograph Rattrapante

The Trick Chronograph Rattrapante is equipped with the Caliber PF361, which has a rattrapante function that allows two times to be measured simultaneously. It incorporates a double column wheel that controls this movement, and its arabesque-like skeleton structure allows you to see the movement of each part through the see-through caseback.

　It is extremely difficult to produce a movement with many moving parts, such as a chronograph movement, using a soft material like gold, and with such precision, but achieving this goal results in a finished product that exudes the aesthetics and elegance of classic watchmaking techniques.

Tonda PF Micro-Rotor

　Parmigiani Fleurier's Tonda PF Micro-Rotor now comes in a non-date model. Developed for the "utmost purists," this model features a minimalist design that combines simplicity with the brand's signature style.

　The dial is a dignified and serene golden sienna color. The use of a striped moiré effect successfully expresses the natural nuances of the earth. The entire surface is adorned with the company's signature barleycorn guilloched decoration. This highlights the simple design, consisting of 12 indexes, two hands, and the brand logo at 12 o'clock.

　The case and bracelet are made of robust stainless steel. The platinum bezel is knurled. Water resistant to 100m, the case is only 7.8mm thick, making it suitable for everyday use. The bracelet seamlessly transitions from the case, allowing you to enjoy the flowing lines that lead to the buckle.

　The see-through case back allows you to view the micro-rotor automatic movement, Cal. PF703, and the hand-finishing work of artisans can be fully appreciated.

Tonda PF Skeleton

　The Tonda, which has greatly raised Parmigiani Fleurier's profile, has now added a platinum model to its skeletonized model, the Tonda PF Skeleton. The Tonda PF Skeleton, released in 2022, was created by rethinking the traditional technique of skeletonization and reapproaching it with modern methods.

　The basic design is to open up the movement as much as possible, making the internal mechanism visible while ensuring sufficient structural strength. Furthermore, the design takes into consideration the incidence of light and shadow, depth, and the "openness" often spoken of in modern architecture.

　The design of this watch is enhanced by its exquisite finishes: carefully bevelled by hand and dyed in ALD Milano blue. This movement, combined with the brilliance of platinum and the delicately skeletonized hour and minute hands, creates a skeletonized model that embodies Tonda's design codes.
