It's already August 2024. While the scorching heat continues day after day, there's something exciting about midsummer. What kind of watches are watch enthusiasts wearing in the height of summer? This time, webChronos surveyed its readers about their "summer watches." To participate in this survey, we'd like readers to post photos of their favorite or own "summer watches" on Twitter (now X) using the hashtag "#MyFavoriteSummerWatch." The editorial team of Chronos Japan will be livestreaming the survey results and submissions on YouTube.

I want to investigate the "summer clock"

　August is the height of summer. The thought of summer evokes excitement, perhaps due to childhood memories of summer vacation. However, you may be careful when choosing a watch. Watches with low water resistance or leather straps are not ideal for this season, when the heat is intense and you sweat a lot. Some may argue that a watch that can be used without worrying about sweat or moisture is best for summer.

　On the other hand, apart from these everyday practicalities, there are also summer watches that you might want to choose for various reasons, such as "looking good in the midsummer sun" or "easy to take to the beach or pool."
