Corum has announced the new Golden Bridge "Serpent" model, a unique piece from the Golden Bridge collection that features the company's signature baguette-style movement with a vertically arranged gear train.
The 18K rose gold tonneau-shaped case houses a baguette-shaped movement adorned with a three-dimensional snake and lush jungle motif, which took nearly 100 hours of artisanal timepiece design, fine engraving, and painting to perfect.
Another feature of this collection is that, like the traditional Golden Bridge, the crown is located at the 6 o'clock position, achieving a pure tonneau shape.
The movement, which is made up of over 190 parts, is hand-wound and despite its compact size, it has a power reserve of approximately 40 hours, making it not only unique in its layout but also highly practical.
