The answers to all questions can be found in articles published on webChronos. Those who answer all questions correctly will be entered into a lottery to win watch merchandise.

This time, webChronos will be hosting a quiz. There will be a total of 10 questions. The answers to all questions will be found in articles published on webChronos.
Please participate by filling out the answer form at the bottom of this page. All answers have three choices.
Twenty people who answer all questions correctly will be entered into a lottery to win watch merchandise. As a prize, a compass was provided by Tokyo Watch Precision Co., Ltd., a company founded by Hajime Asaoka and currently involved in the manufacture and sale of Takano, HAJIME ASAOKA, Otsuka Low-tec, and KURONO TOKYO. This compass is a novelty item from Takano, the watch brand that Asaoka worked hard to revive in 2024. Another prize available is a non-sale Takano catalogue designed by Asaoka himself, a designer by trade, and written by watch journalist Norio Takagi.
Takano, a brand founded in 1899 as the Takano Watch and Metal Products Factory, produced its first original watch in 1957. It disappeared from the watch market in 1962, but the name was revived in 2024 by Tokyo Watch Precision Co., Ltd., which entered into a licensing agreement with Ricoh, the company that owns the Takano trademark. The Chateau Nouvelle Chronometer was the first work of the new Takano. Designed by Hajime Asaoka, it features automatic winding (Cal. 90T), 24 jewels, 28800 vph, and a power reserve of approximately 40 hours. Stainless steel case (37mm diameter). Water resistant to 3 bar. Price: 88 yen (tax included).
