Our public relations staff recommends the model they highly recommend!
We asked a Tudor PR representative to select five recommended models. While the company has a wide lineup of attractive collections, this time we have selected models that are "designed for wearers of both genders, and can be enjoyed as daily watches by any watch lover." The models are listed in no particular order, but all tied for first place. This is a useful reference for users who are interested in Tudor but are having trouble deciding because there are so many to choose from.
Pelagos FXD, Ref. M25717N-0001
The Pelagos FXD features a titanium case with a fixed strap bar. This diver's watch combines excellent visibility, a lightweight case, and a high-spec movement. Automatic (Cal. MT5602). 25 jewels. 28,800 vph. Power reserve of approximately 70 hours. Ti case (diameter 42mm, thickness 12.8mm). Water resistant to 200m. Price: 609,400 yen (tax included).
The Pelagos is a diver's watch collection with an appealingly modern design. This model features a military-style fixed strap bar. The white indexes and hands create a striking contrast with the black dial, ensuring excellent legibility. The hour and second hands are shaped like a snowflake, Tudor's signature pattern.
The case is made of titanium, which is corrosion-resistant to seawater and other elements, while also being lightweight and easy to handle. The uniform hairline finish and crown guard give the watch a tool-like design. The strap is a pull-through fabric strap, and a replacement rubber strap is included.
The movement is the Kenissi Cal. MT5602, which has a power reserve of approximately 70 hours.

The Pelagos FXD line has expanded year by year since its first model was released in 2021. This model is a modern interpretation of the historic Tudor Submariner, which supported the U.S. Navy's missions for decades, beginning in the 1950s. Despite its romantic background, the FXD's titanium case and interchangeable straps (a fixed structure between the lugs instead of spring bars) make it a watch for stress-free everyday enjoyment. The 42mm case diameter, combined with the lightweight titanium and comfortable strap fit, makes it suitable for both men and women. In addition to the forest green fabric strap, it also comes with a thin, flexible black rubber strap, suitable for formal wear, further enhancing its versatility.
Ranger Ref. M79950-0001
The Ranger features a simple design. It's a highly reliable tool watch, combining a highly legible dial with a robust case. Automatic movement (Cal. MT5402). 27 jewels. 28,800 vph. This model, released in 2022 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Royal Navy's North Greenland Expedition, pays homage to the Oyster Prince that Tudor provided for the expedition. The matte black dial features slightly yellowish luminous indices and hands, ensuring excellent legibility.
The watch also features simple case lines with a smooth bezel. The 39mm diameter makes it suitable for both men and women, and its brushed finish makes scratches less noticeable. The three-link stainless steel bracelet is equipped with a unique "T-fit" fine-tuning mechanism, allowing you to easily adjust the fit to your wrist without the need for tools.

The Ranger was preceded by the Oyster Prince (1952), Tudor's first watch to feature the iconic waterproof Oyster case and automatic winding mechanism. While the Tudor collection is often associated with diver's watches with rotating bezels, this model continues the tradition of field watches designed to support land-based exploration. Featuring painted Arabic numerals applied directly to the dial and an arrow-shaped hour hand, the design exudes a retro flair, complemented by a domed sapphire crystal. The bracelet also features a simple design, creating a timeless, rugged look that makes it the perfect everyday companion.
Black Bay 31 S&G, Ref. M79603-0002
This model features a combination of stainless steel and yellow gold. Combined with a five-link bracelet, it creates a dressy impression. Another plus is its relatively thin design. Automatic movement (Cal. MT5201). 26 jewels. 28,800 vph. Power reserve of approximately 50 hours. 18K yellow gold and stainless steel case (31mm diameter, 9.5mm thick). Water resistant to 100m. Price: 794,200 yen (tax included).
The Black Bay collection is centered around retro diver's watches, and this model is one of the dressiest models in the collection. It lacks the rotating bezel common to many Black Bay models, instead featuring a smooth 18K yellow gold bezel. The crown has a yellow gold cap, and the first link of the bracelet is stainless steel and 18K yellow gold, with the remaining links being stainless steel and gold capped.
The silver and gold two-tone dial is also used, and the gold-colored edging on the indexes and hands adds an even more glamorous touch.
While it has the look of a dress watch, it is also water resistant to 100m, making it easy to wear in a variety of situations.

The steel and gold series of the Black Bay 31/36/39/41 may be a little understated for Tudor, but the 31mm case is the smallest of the series, making it a must-have dress watch for both men and women. The elegant design, combined with the snowflake hands and dotted indices that are characteristic of Tudor diver's watches, gives it a charming, slightly offbeat feel. Pair it with a formal suit for a sophisticated look, or a looser fit for street casual wear, elevating it to a more mature look. Another key feature is that it is equipped with Tudor's smallest manufacture movement.

The Black Bay 58 is characterized by its convenient size. This model with a blue dial is a perennial favorite. Automatic movement (Cal. MT5402). 27 jewels. 28,800 vph. Power reserve: approximately 70 hours. Stainless steel case (39mm diameter, 11.9mm thick). Water resistant to 200m. Price: 587,400 yen (tax included).
The Black Bay 58 pays homage to the Oyster Prince Submariner Ref. 7924, commonly known as the "Big Crown," which was released in 1958. With a modest 39mm diameter and a slim case, it's a highly practical watch. There are several variations of the Black Bay 58, but this particular model features a soft blue dial.
The stainless steel bracelet is rivet-style, emphasizing a retro look, and features a double-lock buckle for safe and secure wear even in active scenes.
The movement is the Kenissi manufacture caliber, Cal. MT5402, which boasts a power reserve of approximately 70 hours and high precision, making it a COSC-certified chronometer.

The second model in the 39mm Black Bay 58 series, Navy Blue, has been particularly popular in Japan since its launch in 2018. Its cool, clean, and unconventional color scheme emanates a refined look. While it complements suits and women's office looks with a touch of refinement, it also pairs well with a white T-shirt and jeans, making it a versatile piece that complements a variety of casual styles with a fresh touch. The case size and design are inspired by the Ref. 7924, the first Tudor diver's watch to achieve 200m water resistance.
Black Bay 54, Ref. M79000N-0002
This model pays homage to Tudor's first diver's watch. Its small diameter and slim design make it easy to use and convenient for desk work. Automatic movement (Cal. MT5400). 27 jewels. Power reserve of approximately 70 hours. Stainless steel case (37mm diameter, 11.2mm thick). Water resistant to 200m. Price: 541,200 yen (tax included).
The Black Bay 54 is a model inspired by the Oyster Prince Submariner Ref. 7922, Tudor's first diver's watch, which was released in 1954. Its compact 37mm case, bezel with five-minute graduations, and small crown all feature design elements reminiscent of the original.
Although this model is small for a diver's watch, its specifications are comparable to those of larger models. It is water resistant to 200m and equipped with the manufacture caliber Cal. MT5400, it has a power reserve of approximately 70 hours.
While a riveted stainless steel bracelet is also available, the model featured here is a rubber strap with a "T-fit" buckle that allows for easy adjustment of the wrist size.

Introduced in 2023 with a compact 37mm diameter, the Black Bay 54 is Tudor's smallest diver's watch with a rotating bezel. It's a modern reincarnation of the original Tudor Submariner, the Ref. 7922. Personally, I'd say this is the perfect watch to wear 365 days a year, but from a woman's perspective, I especially recommend the rubber strap. Not only is it lighter, but the tapered, thin, and flexible rubber strap fits the wrist like a second skin, ensuring long-lasting comfort. The Black Bay 54 offers the classic Tudor Submariner design in this slim and sleek design, making it a must-have for anyone who hasn't considered the "diver's watch" category.
