When it comes to new watch exhibitions, the most well-known is Watches & Wonders Geneva, held every spring in Geneva, Switzerland. G-SHOCK 2025 new product ① “MRG-B5000HT-1JR”

　From the MR-G line, G-SHOCK's top-of-the-line, comes a limited edition model of the MRG-B5000 series, which inherits the square form of the original G-SHOCK. This special watch is limited to 500 pieces and features a hammered pattern on the bezel and bracelet created using a technique called "tsuiki."

　Tsuiki is a traditional Japanese forging technique in which metal plates are repeatedly hammered to form them. For this model, the bezel and bracelet are made of the robust titanium alloy DAT55G, and each piece has been painstakingly hammered by hand by tsuiki craftsman Kazuya Watanabe. This pattern not only exudes strength and elegance, but each of the 500 limited edition models has a different look.

　Furthermore, the exterior is treated with DLC after hammering, which not only gives it excellent scratch and abrasion resistance, but also gives it a stately appearance reminiscent of sword fittings. The copper color used throughout adds a dignified and gorgeous impression, making it a model that embodies the Japanese manufacturing and traditional craftsmanship that is unique to MR-G.

　A new regular model has been added to the MR-G standard series, the MRG-B2000, featuring traditional Japanese colors as its theme color, following on from the "Akazonae" and "Kachiiro" models.

　The theme adopted for this piece is "kuroganeiro," the deep blue-green color that appears when iron is heated. The green color of the inner dial is used, and the case, which is shaped like armor, and the bracelet are also coated with green DLC, expressing this color throughout the model. The tortoiseshell pattern on the dial and the gold accents throughout the watch give the watch a powerful and elegant look.

　Like previous models in the series, the case exudes a dignified presence reminiscent of armor. Its titanium construction makes it lightweight, while its deep hardening and DLC coatings make it scratch-resistant, making it suitable for everyday use. Furthermore, its excellent functionality, including Tough Solar and Bluetooth smartphone connectivity, adds to the appeal of this watch.

G-SHOCK 2025 new product ③ “MRG-BF1000RG-3AJR”

　G-SHOCK's professional line, "MASTER OF G," has released the latest MR-G version of the Frogman diver's watch, the "MRG-BF1000RG-3AJR," which is based on the world's largest frog, the Goliath Frog.

　The design is based on a green color reminiscent of the Goliath frog's body color. The dial features beige indexes and orange hands coated with luminous paint to ensure visibility. It has a stoic look that is typical of a tool watch, matching its massive appearance.

　The case is made of lightweight, corrosion-resistant titanium, typical of the MR-G. The exterior is divided into small parts, polished, and then assembled while maintaining airtightness, resulting in a process that not only reproduces the Frogman's complex form with MR-G quality, but also makes the watch waterproof to 200m, complying with ISO standards. The sapphire crystal on the back cover is coated with green vapor deposition and features the Frogman's iconic frog character.

G-SHOCK 2025 new product ④ “MTG-B2000YBD-2AJF”

　The MT-G series combines resin and metal materials to offer excellent shock resistance and beautiful structure, and has released a new model in the MTG-B2000 series, which features a 12-sided metal bezel.

　This model is based on a black base, and is colored in a subdued two-tone by combining parts such as the bezel and pushers with a blue-gray IP finish. The bezel frame is molded by layering carbon fiber and blue fiberglass sheets, and the layered structure creates blue stripes on the case side.

　Other unique features of this model include the "Dual Core Guard Structure," which consists of a carbon monocoque case and metal parts that protect the module, and the "Layer Composite Band," which incorporates fine resin parts on the back of the bracelet. These features combine the texture of metal with the weight reduction of the model.

　The MT-G series also includes the unique "MTG-B4000," available in blue or black.

　This series features a new Dual Core Guard structure, primarily consisting of a frame designed using AI. This was created based on a shape derived from AI that learned from a vast amount of accumulated impact resistance data, and was then further verified and improved by designers.

　The AI-designed frame is a combination of different materials, carbon and stainless steel, and the integrated band connection also serves to cushion the case from shocks. The stainless steel bezel that is combined with the frame has a two-piece structure, with different sections polished to a hairline and mirror finish, creating a visually striking look.

　In terms of functionality, it has "MULTIBAND6" that receives standard radio waves from six stations around the world, a mobile link function via Bluetooth, and Tough Solar.

G-SHOCK 2025 New Release ⑥ FINE METALLIC SERIES "5600"

　The new "FINE METALLIC SERIES" series features a newly developed tough silicone band. The tough silicone band features a two-layer structure that combines a silicone surface with a urethane material, improving wear resistance while maintaining flexibility. The metal-like shine given by the vapor deposition process is also attractive.

　The "5600" series, featuring a traditional square case, includes the silver-colored "GM-5600YM-8JF" and the gold-colored "GM-5600YMG-9JF." Both models feature stainless steel bezels for a sharp finish. 　This is a new addition to the "2100" series, which is part of the FINE METALLIC SERIES lineup and features an octagonal top bezel. The lineup includes the silver-colored "GM-2100YM-8AJF" and the gold-colored "GM-2100YMG-9AJF." Its appealing metallic design combines a stainless steel bezel with a tough silicone band. Despite its heavy appearance, the lightweight and flexible band makes it easy to use even in sports situations.

　The stainless steel bezel, with its complex shape unique to the 110 series, is finished through a process of forging, cutting, and polishing. The three-dimensional shape is the same as the bracelet. The center is finished in a convex shape, and some parts are polished to create a dynamic design.

　MASTER OF G is a G-SHOCK for professionals with tougher specifications. Three new models have been added, incorporating a vibrant yellow color. This color scheme expresses the worldview of professionals active in rescue situations. The lineup includes the pilot's watch "GRAVITYMASTER GR-B300RY-1A9JF," the "MUDMAN GW-9500MRY-1A9JF" with outstanding mud resistance, and the "RANGEMAN GPR-H1000RY-1A9JR" equipped with various sensors including temperature, altitude, and barometric pressure.

　The case and band are made of biomass plastic, which is expected to reduce environmental impact, and the metal parts are treated with black or gray IP coating to enhance the luxurious feel. The GRAVITYMASTER and MUDMAN feature a carbon fiber reinforced resin case with a carbon core guard structure that protects the module, achieving a lightweight yet durable exterior. The RANGEMAN's LCD screen uses a duplex LC display that improves the practicality of the digital compass.

G-SHOCK 2025 new product ⑩ “DW-6900TR”

Three new models have been released to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the DW-6900. The black DW-6900TR-1, red DW-6900TR-4, and yellow DW-6900TR-9 each feature the colors of the DW-6900H, the first color variation model in the 6900 series. The iconic design remains intact, with a rectangular LCD screen, three circular displays above it, and a button for activating the light at 6 o'clock. The button at 6 o'clock has been updated to a polished metal finish, giving it a striking presence. The bezel and band are made of biomass plastic, which is expected to reduce environmental impact.

　As a 30th anniversary model, the case back features 30 star marks, and it is also worth noting that it comes in a box that pays homage to the packaging design of the DW-6900H.

G-SHOCK 2025 new product ⑪ “GW-5000HS”

　This is the successor to the first G-SHOCK model, the DW-5000C, which was released in 1983. The iconic square case is made of stainless steel with a screw-back design, and the bezel and band are made of biomass plastic. It features standard radio wave reception and Tough Solar technology, making it a model that matches the specifications of current models. Two new models were added in February 2025: the black GW-5000HS-1JF and the white GW-5000HS-7JF.

　The dial incorporates the design codes of the original model, including a brick pattern, logo, and function display. The black model features an inverted LCD screen, while the white model features a standard LCD screen, and the colors are harmonized with the bezel and band.

　This model is manufactured by Yamagata Casio, the same company that produced the original model. It may be a simple G-SHOCK, but it's a masterpiece packed with elements worth talking about.

G-SHOCK 2025 New Arrivals ⑫ G-SHOCK 10-YEAR BATTERY

　This model utilizes a high-capacity battery and low power consumption, achieving a long battery life of approximately 10 years. The lineup includes two models: the "GA-010CE-2AJF" with a combination analog/digital dial, and the "GD-010CE-5JF" digital model with an inverted LCD screen. The watches also feature gentle colors that add fun to outdoor scenes. The bezel is made of natural-colored biomass plastic, and the band is made from Cordura yarn and recycled PET yarn, dyed with dyes extracted from echinacea or red beet.

　The G-LIDE series, which takes inspiration from surfing in design and functionality, has added a new model featuring a see-through case and coloring that stands out in the summer season. The lineup includes two variations: the black GBX-100S-1JF and the purple GBX-100S-2JF. The glossy skeleton resin case combined with the stainless steel bezel evokes the image of waves sparkling in the sunlight.

　Another appealing feature of this watch is its versatility. In addition to features useful for surfing, such as a tide graph that displays tide levels and moon data, it also features running measurement functions, providing comprehensive support for users' active lifestyles. Smartphone connectivity also allows the watch to display tidal information for approximately 3300 major surf spots around the world. This information is displayed on a vibrant MIP LCD screen, making it easy to read even under strong light sources.

　The new GBA-950 is a G-SHOCK model based on the urban sports concept, designed to support everyday sports and training.

Furthermore, the shape of the strap employs "origami engineering," a technique that applies the properties of origami to engineering. The GMA-S120SA is based on the "120" series, a digital-analog model with three subdials. Its sporty, three-dimensional design is accented with orange or blue hands, creating a fresh look for this collection. The hour and minute hands are coated with white luminous paint, allowing you to read the time even in the dark, even without using the built-in auto-illuminator.

Oceanus 2025 New Model ② "OCW-T6000B"

Pro Trek's new product ① "CLIMBER LINE"

　Casio's outdoor watch brand, Pro Trek, has added a new model to its CLIMBER LINE. The lineup includes the olive green PRG-340B-3JF ​​and the coyote brown PRG-340L-5JF. Equipped with a triple sensor that measures temperature, barometric pressure/altitude, and direction, as well as Tough Solar functionality, these watches are a reliable companion for outdoor adventures.

　This model features a multi-section LCD dial. It is a modern adaptation of a design that was extremely popular in the 1980s. Its distinctive feature is its LC analog display. The regular digital display is displayed on the rectangular LCD at 6 o'clock, while the LCD at 10 o'clock displays the hours, minutes, and seconds in analog format. The LCD at 2 o'clock functions as a 10-second counter, and the LCD at 3 o'clock functions as a full auto-calendar.

　The square case is made of resin, which makes it comfortable to wear, and the stainless steel bracelet features a free-fit clasp that can be easily adjusted with a simple tool such as a flathead screwdriver.
