The in-house movement, Cal. L096.1, is equipped with a patent-pending "orbital moon phase" on the back. To ensure perfect precision in the time display and large orbital moon phase, it is equipped with two barrels and has a power reserve of approximately 14 days.

This mechanism, which rotates a disc to indicate the phases of the moon, has a long history, with some saying it was developed as early as the 16th century, and therefore its functionality has matured considerably.
