Here's a look at the new Oris watches unveiled at Watches & Wonders Geneva in 2025. Oris has announced a redesign of the Big Crown, a watch that symbolizes the company's legacy. Oris 2025 New Release ① "Big Crown Pointer Date Cal. 403"
In 1938, Oris developed a watch with an enlarged crown to meet the needs of pilots. The distinctive crown earned this watch the nickname "Big Crown." This iconic Big Crown will be redesigned in 2025, featuring new case and movement sizes and a variety of colorways. The first model introduced is a new model equipped with the automatic movement Cal. 403.

The dial colors available are a warm terracotta and a subdued green that evokes the watch's military roots. Both have a matte dial with a classic, minimalist design, retaining the iconic look of the previous model.
The automatic movement used in this watch, the Cal.Oris 403, is a member of the high-performance Cal.400 series. Not only does it boast an incredible power reserve of approximately 120 hours, but it also meets ISO 764 standards for high magnetic resistance, making it less susceptible to the effects of magnetism that lurk in modern life. The case has a diameter of 40mm, which is a more standard size compared to the 38mm diameter of the previous model equipped with the Caliber 403. The strap is available in a newly developed stainless steel bracelet or an environmentally friendly deerskin strap made by Cervo Volante, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your outfit.

The greatest feature of this model is its vivid and eye-catching dial color. Available in three colors: fresh yellow, elegant lilac, and refreshing blue, the iconic big crown is fashionably tailored. This is an attractive pointer date model that is both traditional and unique.
The case is a standard size of 40mm in diameter, and the stainless steel H-shaped link bracelet gives it a sporty impression. The built-in Cal. Oris 754 is based on the Sellita SW200-1 and has a power reserve of approximately 41 hours.

This renewal of the Big Crown also includes a model for women that uses a new diameter of 34mm.

This compact Big Crown is available in two variations. One is a modern brown dial model with a textured surface. The other is a more luxurious model with a chic black dial and 12 lab-grown diamond indexes.
