"Astronomia Revolution Four-Axis Tourbillon"

Astronomia is Jacob & Co.'s signature complication watch. The first model, released in 2014, featured a three-axis tourbillon mechanism on an arm extending from the center, completing one revolution around the dial every 20 minutes—an extraordinary mechanical feat. Astronomia has continued to evolve since then, with the 2017 Astronomia Solar, featuring a majestic design inspired by the solar system, achieving a high speed of one revolution every 10 minutes. However, the pursuit of speed does not stop there, with the 2023 Astronomia Revolution achieving an astonishing speed of one revolution per minute.

The new Astronomia model is the Astronomia Revolution Four-Axis Tourbillon. While retaining the Astronomia Revolution's rotation speed of one rotation per minute, it successfully incorporates a four-axis tourbillon by combining a vertical rotating center platform with a three-axis tourbillon.

The side of the 18K rose gold case is set with a sapphire crystal, allowing this revolutionary mechanism to be admired from every angle. A three-dimensional mosaic pattern shines beneath the rotating tourbillon and dial. The red polycarbonate dial, supported by an arm, rotates slowly to remain aligned with the case. This timepiece also features a constant-force mechanism, which prevents excessive stress on the escapement and ensures precise timekeeping.

The arm extending from the center is equipped with a tourbillon that rotates on four axes. This arm rotates at a speed of one rotation per minute, and you can watch it rotate through the sapphire crystal. Manual winding (Cal. JCM54). 21,600 vibrations per hour. Power reserve of approximately 36 hours. 18KRG case (diameter 47mm). Water resistant to 30m. Limited to 18 pieces worldwide. 123.2 million yen (tax included).

"The World Is Yours Dual Time Zone Tourbillon"

The new "World Is Yours Dual Time Zone Tourbillon" is an addition to the "World Is Yours Dual Time Zone" model released in 2023, with a tourbillon mechanism added.

The previous model, the World Is Yours Dual Time Zone, was inspired by the Wakmann double time zone watch that Jacob Arabo, the founder of Jacob & Co., inherited from his father at the age of 13. Featuring a three-dimensional world map covering the entire dial, two hour and minute displays at 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock, and a seconds hand with a shining compass rose in the center, this model evokes the feeling of travel and has been highly praised for its design and mechanism.

The newly announced World Is Yours Dual Time Zone Tourbillon also shares the same design codes as its predecessor. The dial depicts the Earth as seen from the sky over the Western Hemisphere, with metallic blue representing the oceans and delicate rose gold engravings creating the complex topography of the land. The dial is highly curved, allowing its three-dimensional form to be fully appreciated through the domed sapphire crystal.

The time displays at 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock can be adjusted independently, allowing for accurate setting even in countries such as India where there is a time difference of minutes. The compass rose in the center is equipped with a tourbillon mechanism. While most tourbillons rotate once every 60 seconds, this model rotates once every 30 seconds, allowing you to enjoy its dynamic movement as it rotates at high speed.

The case back is fitted with a blue sapphire crystal featuring a metallized world map, allowing a view of the micro-rotor automatic movement, Cal. JCAA45, inside.

This model, a hot topic for 2023, "The World Is Yours Dual Time Zone," is equipped with a tourbillon mechanism. Its even more curved dial is more appealing than its predecessor. Automatic winding (Cal. JCAA45). 21,600 vph. Power reserve of approximately 65 hours. 18KRG case (43mm diameter, 18mm thick). Water resistant to 30m. Limited to 199 pieces worldwide. 4048 million yen (tax included).

"Epic X Sports"

The "Epic X" series, launched in 2015, is characterized by boldly designed cases with crown guards and rubber straps. Many models have been released to date, including the "Epic X Skeleton," which combines a titanium case with a striking skeleton movement, the "Epic X Ceramic," which features a white ceramic case and a refreshing blue skeleton movement, the "Epic X Chrono," which has a more dynamic case design, and the "Epic X Tourbillon Baguette," which features a gem-set 18K rose gold case and a tourbillon movement.

This year, the lineup was expanded with the simple and sporty "Epic X Sport." While previous models were equipped with a two-hand manual winding movement with no date display, this model features a three-hand automatic movement with a center second hand and a date display. This package makes it easier to wear on a daily basis, making it accessible to a wider range of watch enthusiasts. The movement is the company's first to be chronometer certified, demonstrating excellent precision.

The design is also appealing. The skeletonized hour and minute hands emphasize its sportiness, while the three-dimensional pattern on the dial gives it an elegant impression. Three color variations are available: one combines a stainless steel case with a sky blue dial and inner ring, another with a black PVD-coated stainless steel case with a black dial and inner ring, and the third with a blue PVD-coated stainless steel case with a blue dial and yellow inner ring.
