Geneva Watch Days, a Swiss watch fair, is now in its sixth year. Oris, which is participating again this year, has announced two new models. One is the Big Crown Caliber 113, which features a long power reserve of approximately 10 days, a triple calendar, and a 52-week-of-the-year display. The other is the ProPilot Altimeter "Mission Control," a collaboration with Bamford.

"Big Crown Caliber 113"
This model combines the innovation of in-house movement development with bold design, updating the "Big Crown" tradition that began with the first model in 1938.

Manual winding (Cal. Oris 113). 40 jewels. 21,600 vph. Power reserve approximately 240 hours. Stainless steel case (diameter 43.00 mm, thickness 13.50 mm). Water resistant to 5 bar. 1,144,000 yen (tax included).
The dial is a vibrant mint green with rose pink accents, and the indexes and hands are gold and white. While incorporating a wealth of information, the strong contrast ensures visibility.
This watch is powered by the in-house Caliber 113. This is the fourth in the series, which began with the Caliber 110 in 2014 and has since been expanded to include the 111 and 112. All of these movements feature a single barrel design for a 10-day power reserve and a patented non-linear power reserve display. The Caliber 113 also features a full business calendar, displaying the day of the week, date, month, and 52 weeks of the year with a central pointer hand, with all adjustments easily made with a single crown.

The transparent case back allows you to see the movement in action, and the ergonomic, gently tapered metal bracelet enhances the wearing comfort.

"ProPilot Altimeter Mission Control"
Oris and London-based custom watch house Bamford Watch Department have teamed up for the first time to announce the ProPilot Altimeter Mission Control, a special edition model limited to 250 pieces worldwide. The model is based on the ProPilot Altimeter, the world's only watch equipped with both an automatic mechanical movement and a mechanical altimeter.

Automatic movement (Cal. Oris 793/Sellita SW300 base). 25 jewels. 28,800 vph. Power reserve approximately 56 hours. Carbon fiber composite + titanium (diameter 47mm, thickness 16.7mm). Water resistant to 10 bar. Limited to 250 pieces worldwide. Price: 1,206,700 yen (tax included).
Based on the second-generation Altimeter, this model features an altimeter capable of measuring altitudes up to 6000m, while the adoption of the Caliber 793 has made it slim at 16.7mm thick and provided a power reserve of approximately 56 hours. The altimeter crown incorporates a patented moisture-proof mechanism, ensuring stable functionality even in harsh environments.

The case is made of a carbon fiber composite material, created using innovative additive manufacturing and molding technology from 9T Labs at ETH Zurich. Lighter than titanium and stronger than stainless steel, the case features a wood grain pattern that gives each watch a unique look.
The design is a testament to Bamford's playful spirit. The black base is accented with vivid yellow and green colors, enhancing visibility while adding a pop culture vibrancy. George Bamford said, "The colors can be seen from space," and he associated this model with the worldview of "2001: A Space Odyssey."
