Harry Winston Ginza flagship store opens
Harry Winston has relocated its Ginza flagship store and opened an expanded version, the Harry Winston Ginza Store. The new store is located across Ginza's main street, Chuo-dori, from the previous store. Ginza is a center of luxury, and for the Maison, this renovation is clearly significant, as it is where the brand has had a store since 1988.

The exterior of the new store is covered in cream-colored marble, and three illuminated showcases display jewelry and timepieces with a different theme each season. The entrance features a massive black and gold gate adorned with a rosette motif, and two iconic streetlights welcome visitors. These design elements pay homage to the flagship store on New York's Fifth Avenue, evoking the brand's roots. The interior is made up of three floors and features a new design concept that reinterprets the brand's iconic Winston style from a modern architectural perspective. The interior is based on a white color scheme and finished with marble and glossy wallpaper, with fixtures incorporating gold, retaining the previous concept. However, it is brighter and more open than before, giving it a more modern impression.
The first floor is dedicated to bridal jewelry, while the second floor is divided into areas for collection jewelry, timepieces, and high jewelry. It also features one of Japan's largest VIP rooms, allowing customers to leisurely select items in a private space. Furthermore, the basement will house Japan's first repair concierge, providing even higher quality after-sales service.
