Chronos Japan, a watch magazine first published in 2005, celebrated its 20th anniversary with the November issue (Vol. 121) released on October 4th. Thanks to your support, the following issue, January 2026 (Vol. 122), was also successfully released.
The latest issue will be explained in the usual YouTube commentary! Editor-in-Chief Masamasa Hirota and Deputy Editor-in-Chief Yukiya Suzuki will appear (Hosoda Yuto will be absent due to a business trip).

This issue is also packed with highlights
The first feature of the latest issue is "Gold Watches Revisited." After previously dwindling in popularity due to its traditional nature, gold watches are now once again garnering interest from users, and Chronos Japan has taken another look at them. This must-read article not only covers the gold watches and unique alloys made by various companies, but also delves into the material itself, including how the properties of 18K gold change depending on the alloy, and the history and overview of gold-filling and gold-plating.
The second feature is the Geneva Watch Days, which was covered on-site again this year. It introduces new watches from companies such as Bulgari, Zenith, H. Moser & Cie., Gerald Genta, and Breitling, and also includes photos of the Pavilion, the main venue for parties and other events, and the Glass Box, the venue for panel discussions.
