Breitling Men's Model Popularity Ranking Top 5 for 2025!
Founded in 1884, Breitling has produced many iconic chronograph watches. This time, we will introduce the top 5 most popular men's models from the company's collection.
Among the many sports watches that appeal to men, such as chronographs and divers' watches, which models attracted attention? We will present a ranking that includes everything from new releases to classics.
5. Superocean Heritage B31 Automatic 42" Ref. AB3111161C1A1
This is a blue dial model of the Superocean Heritage, which was relaunched in 2025. The Superocean Heritage is a collection that inherits the style of the Ref. 1004, a three-hand diver's watch that the company released in 1957. This model also retains the iconic design, including sharp indexes, a dot at the 12 o'clock position, and an arrow-shaped hour hand.
The dial has a sunray finish, and while it is a full-fledged sports watch boasting 200m water resistance, it still exudes an elegant impression. The date display is located at the 3 o'clock position, and the symmetrical layout is also attractive while maintaining functionality.
The case is made of stainless steel. The unidirectional rotating bezel has a ceramic insert. The sharp lugs and large crown give it a classic design. The watch is mounted on a mesh stainless steel bracelet that fits securely onto the bow lugs.
With this renewal, the Superocean Heritage is equipped with a new in-house automatic movement, Cal. B31, which boasts a power reserve of approximately 78 hours, a free-sprung balance, and high accuracy, earning it COSC-certified chronometer status.

The new Superocean Heritage has steadily improved its level of perfection without changing its basic style. It is equipped with the in-house automatic movement Cal. B31. Automatic (Cal. B31). 28,800 vph. Power reserve: approximately 78 hours. Stainless steel case (diameter 42mm, thickness 12.03mm). Water resistant to 200m. Price: 951,500 yen (tax included).
4th Place: Chronomat B01 42 Japan Limited Edition, Ref. RB01346A1C1S1
This special edition of Breitling's multi-purpose watch, the Chronomat, is available in Japan only in 50 pieces. The midnight blue mother-of-pearl dial changes its appearance depending on the light it catches. The black inner dial and flange give the watch a more refined look.
The case is crafted from 18K red gold. It features a polished unidirectional rotating bezel, allowing for the measurement of elapsed time. The distinctive onion-shaped crown is protected by a crown guard with flowing lines that harmonize with the case design. The strap is crafted from black rubber, incorporating the design of a Rouleaux bracelet.
The movement is the in-house automatic chronograph Cal. 01. It features a robust chronograph mechanism and is easy to maintain. Furthermore, since there is no time zone during which the date cannot be changed, it is also easy to use. You can enjoy the movement and finish through the see-through case back.

This special Chronomat model is sold exclusively in Japan. It features a midnight blue mother-of-pearl dial and an 18K red gold case. Automatic (Cal. 01). 47 jewels. 28,800 vph. Power reserve: approximately 70 hours. 18K red gold case (42mm diameter, 15.1mm thick). Water resistant to 200m. Limited to 50 pieces in Japan. Price: 3,514,500 yen (tax included).
3rd Place: Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43, Ref. RB0138211B1P1
This 18K red gold case model is part of Breitling's Navitimer collection of pilot's watches. It features a "reverse panda" dial, combining a black dial with silver subdials. It has a 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock, a 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock, and a small seconds at 9 o'clock. The date display is designed to blend in with the 12-hour counter.
The dial features the Navitimer's iconic rotating aviation slide rule, which can be used to perform multiplication and division by moving the bidirectional rotating bezel.
The 43mm diameter case has a hairline finish with polished accents. Its slender lugs, pump-type chronograph pushers, and large crown all add to the classic pilot's watch design.
The see-through case back allows you to view the in-house automatic chronograph movement, Cal. 01. You can enjoy its design, including the rotor with openwork and striped decoration and the column wheel that controls the chronograph operation.

This Navitimer features an 18K red gold case. It's a model that combines the feel of an instrument with elegance. Automatic (Cal. 01). 47 jewels. 28,800 vph. Power reserve of approximately 70 hours. 18K red gold case (43mm diameter, 13.69mm thick). Water resistant to 3 bar. Price: 3,035,000 yen (tax included).
2nd Place: Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43, Ref. AB0138241C1A1
Coming in second place is also the Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43. However, its impression is quite different from the third-placed 18K red gold model. This model combines an ice blue dial with a stainless steel case for a cool look.
Ice blue is a trending color in the watch industry these days. It's a refreshing color that can be worn in any situation, and its subtle individuality enhances the satisfaction of wearing it. The inset dial and flange are finished in black, creating a striking contrast that is another feature of this watch. The red chronograph second hand gives it a sporty impression.
By rotating the bezel, you can perform calculations necessary for piloting an aircraft, such as simple calculations, ground speed, fuel consumption, etc. Another attractive feature is that the crown is not screwed down, making it easy to adjust the time and date.
The Cal. 01 used in this watch is an in-house automatic chronograph movement that was released in 2009 to commemorate Breitling's 125th anniversary. Since its launch, it has undergone numerous improvements and has become increasingly mature.

This stainless steel Navitimer model features a refreshing ice blue dial. The Navitimer is available in a variety of colors, including green and copper. Automatic (Cal. 01). 47 jewels. 28,800 vph. Power reserve: approximately 70 hours. Stainless steel case (43mm diameter, 13.69mm thick). Water resistant to 3 bar. Price: 1,342,000 yen (tax included).
1st Place: Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43, Ref. AB0138211B1A1
The first place winner was also the Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43. The Navitimer is also available in a smaller 41mm case, but this time the Navitimers that took first place through third place all had 43mm cases. While smaller diameters are a trend in the watch industry, this is likely the result of attention being drawn to the 43mm case, which offers a stronger Breitling-like tool-like feel.
The dial is a "reverse panda" design with a black base and a silver subdial, and the International Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) logo shines at the 12 o'clock position.
The Navitimer's iconic seven-link bracelet is finished in both hairline and polished finishes. The original version of this bracelet was named the "Pilot's Bracelet" and was designed by Eddy Schoffel, the designer behind many of Breitling's masterpieces.
The Navitimer combines timeless design with elegance and strength, and is packed with functionality as a professional tool. It seems to have garnered a lot of support this year as well.

This is the most orthodox Navitimer, combining a reverse panda dial with a stainless steel case. It comes with the iconic pilot's bracelet. Automatic (Cal. 01). 47 jewels. 28,800 vph. Power reserve: approximately 70 hours. Stainless steel case (diameter 43mm, thickness 13.69mm). Water resistant to 3 bar. Price: 1,342,000 yen (tax included).
