Seiko released numerous limited edition models in 2025. Seiko has a variety of sub-brands, and limited edition models were released to suit each brand's taste, including classic, sporty, futuristic, pop culture, and elegant. King Seiko "Banack Peanuts 75th Anniversary Limited Edition" Ref. SDKV011

The "King Seiko Banac Peanuts 75th Anniversary Limited Edition Model" Ref. SDKV011 is a collaboration model with "Peanuts," joining the "King Seiko Banac" series, which debuted in 2025. Peanuts is a comic strip featuring a variety of unique characters, including Snoopy, and this year marks the 75th anniversary of its serialization in 1950. The dial, in keeping with the King Seiko name, features Snoopy dressed as a college student wearing a crown as "Joe Cool," along with Woodstock. Inspired by the fact that Peanuts began its serialization in newspapers, the background of the dial features a horizontal pattern that recreates the texture of paper.

Presage "Classic Series Craftsmanship Arita Porcelain Unglazed Dial Limited Edition" Ref. SARX127

The Presage "Classic Series Craftsmanship Arita Porcelain 'Unglazed' Dial Limited Edition" Ref. SARX127 is a limited edition model with an Arita porcelain dial, newly added to the Seiko Presage lineup. The main difference from previous models using Arita porcelain is that it uses an "unglazed" finish, which does not use the glaze applied to ordinary porcelain. This method of expression, which was established in recent years, is characterized by its ability to retain the matte, warm texture of the ceramic stone that is the material used to make Arita porcelain, and its ability to express the details of the design that would otherwise be hidden by applying a glaze. This model reflects this characteristic, with a matte texture and a delicate, precise diamond pattern on the dial.

Presage "Classic Series Upcycled Leather Strap Limited Edition" Ref. SARX135

The Presage "Classic Series Upcycled Leather Strap Limited Edition" Ref. SARX135 is a limited edition model from Presage in collaboration with the Japanese shoe brand Regal. Its greatest feature is the use of an upcycled leather strap made from recycled offcuts from leather shoe manufacturing. Reflecting the image of Regal's traditional leather shoes, the dial features a gradation of the traditional white-brown color and the bezel features three-dimensional decoration, creating a classic design. The Japanese model of this model comes with an interchangeable strap made from offcuts from Regal's popular "Saddle Shoes" model, featuring a distinctive black and Sawtelle color combination.

The SBDC219 is based on the three-hand model that debuted at the same time as the collaboration model. This model is based on black, with a rotating inner bezel operated by the crown at 4 o'clock and red on the back of the strap, incorporating the color scheme of the Datsun 240Z, which won the East African Safari Rally.

Two collaboration models between Seiko 5 Sports and Pepsi®

The Seiko "5 Sports Pepsi® Collaboration Limited Edition Models," Ref. SBSA319 and Ref. SBSC023, are limited edition models created in collaboration with the globally beloved Pepsi. Pepsi has a long history dating back to the 1890s, and over that time has contributed to the development of pop culture by deepening its ties with sports, music, and entertainment. Both brands share a common approach: they are popular with a wide range of age groups, especially young people, and they respect tradition while continuing to update their products, which is what made this collaboration possible.

Both models feature Pepsi's distinctive blue and red coloring. The Ref. SBSA319, which displays the hours, minutes, and seconds, is modeled after a white Pepsi can, featuring a stainless steel case and bracelet reminiscent of the aluminum sections on both ends of the can, a white dial, and a two-tone blue and red bezel.
The Ref. SBSC023, which features a GMT hand, is a model inspired by a black Pepsi can, and features a black dial and a two-tone blue and red bezel. The bezel displays the 24-hour time and day/night in two colors. It is also paired with a rubber strap with an embossed "PEPSI" logo.
In addition, both models come in special boxes resembling Pepsi cans, making them attractive collector's items.

5 Sports "Bamford Collaboration Limited Edition" Ref. SBSA315

The Seiko 5 Sports "Bamford Collaboration Limited Edition" Ref. SBSA315 is a limited edition model created in collaboration with Bamford Watch Department, a London-based luxury custom watch brand. Bamford Watch Department was founded in London in 2003 by George Bamford with the desire to rediscover the art of personalization that had been lost in the age of mass production. Based on George Bamford's concept of "a journey to paradise," this piece is a collage of Seiko's archive models, created to create a retro-futuristic worldview.
The watch's blue skeleton dial, which allows the Seiko 5 Sports' day-date display disc to be seen, creates a striking contrast with the orange used for the minute and second hands and the rotating bezel. The orange also gives the impression of burnt red, and together with the square-shaped scale on the rotating bezel, it creates a truly retro look.

Automatic movement (Cal. 4R36). 24 jewels. 21,600 vph. Power reserve approximately 41 hours. Stainless steel case (diameter 42.5 mm, thickness 13.6 mm). Water resistant to 10 bar. Limited to 2025 pieces worldwide (325 in Japan). 143,000 yen (tax included).
A limited edition collaboration model that expresses the world of the manga "Space Brothers"

The "Seiko Selection S Series Digital Quartz Space Brothers Collaboration Limited Edition Models," Ref. SBJG023 and Ref. SBJG024, are collaboration limited edition models that express the worldview of the manga "Space Brothers." "Space Brothers" tells the story of the protagonist, Nanba Mutta, who faces various challenges as he embarks on a mission as an astronaut. The story begins in 2025, and the release of the work in that year resonated strongly with author Chuya Koyama, which led to the start of the collaboration.
The two collaboration models are named after Rokuta and his younger brother, Hibito, and incorporate the design of the space suits worn by the two when they reunite in the story. The Rokuta model, Ref. SBJG023, features a silver-colored case accented with black accents. The Hibito model, Ref. SBJG024, features a gold case and bracelet inspired by the "Russian Lightning Gold" of the space suit. Both models come with a special nylon strap that evokes the image of wearing the watch in outer space.

Furthermore, the Ref. SSQW094, which features a date display, features a bright red heart mark that appears on the 30th only.

Three models from the Power Design Project "Collection 1"

Seiko's "Power Design Project Collection 1" Ref. SSEH021, Ref. SSEH023, and Ref. SSEH024 are limited edition models from the Power Design Project, a designer-led project that explores new possibilities for wristwatches. Led by Seiko designers, the Power Design Project is an endeavor aimed at generating innovative ideas by highlighting the fun and excitement of wristwatches from various perspectives. Having been developed from 2001 to 2009, the project is making a comeback in 2022 for the first time in 13 years. This work is the project's first collection, inspired by an archive model from 1984.
The archive model that served as the base was a bracelet watch resembling a string of pearls, but the link on the 12 o'clock side is large and disc-shaped, while the link on the 6 o'clock side is even more compact, adding variation to the shape and creating an asymmetrical, random, and diverse design.
All three models share the same design, and come in three colors: Ref. SSEH021 in silver, Ref. SSEH023 in black, and Ref. SSEH024 in gold.

Quartz movement (Cal. 4N30). Stainless steel case (diameter 20.2mm, thickness 6.7mm). Water resistant for everyday use. Limited to 500 pieces worldwide (200 of each in Japan). 50,600 yen (tax included).
