Hublot, which has been fusing new materials and artists, has released a new model in collaboration with Daniel Arsham: the "MP-17 Mecha-10 Arsham Splash Titanium Sapphire." Arsham is a highly acclaimed artist known for his "imaginary archaeology"-themed works that use crystallization and erosion to depict the future remnants of objects from the present. His focus on the theme of "time" resonated with Hublot, leading to the inspiration for this piece.

The organic opening design is reflected not only on the dial but also on the case back. In contrast to the exterior design, inside you can enjoy the geometric movement design that highlights parallel lines and circles. While the design is distinct from traditional Hublot watches, it incorporates the brand's traditions, such as the use of six H-shaped screws on the bezel and case back.

This is the first watch designed by Hublot ambassador Arsham for Hublot. Its motif is the fleeting splash of water. To express the dynamic form and transparency of water, the laser-textured sapphire crystal bezel features an opening with organic curves. The opening reveals the movement's geometrically shaped mechanism, creating a striking contrast. The strap is made of black rubber decorated with the Arsham monogram, and the indexes and hands are finished with green printing and luminous paint, named Arsham Green.

At first glance, this piece has a completely different design from previous Hublot models, but a closer look reveals that it incorporates Hublot tradition. The bezel and case back feature six H-shaped screws, and the iconic Hublot lugs (protruding parts) are located at the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions. This piece, which combines Arsham's worldview with Hublot's tradition and innovation, can be said to be an iconic piece from the perspective of contemporary art as well.
