In 2026, Casio launched a series of new watches, including EDIFICE and PRO TREK, and we'll introduce them all here.

Full Metal GMC-B2100ADS-1AJF

　The G-SHOCK "Full Metal 5000 Series" Ref. GMW-BZ5000RC-1JR is a new model featuring a stainless steel center case with a rainbow IP gradient finish. The GMW-BZ5000, announced in November 2025, was notable for its MIP (Memory-in-Pixel) LCD and a new case structure derived from load simulations generated by AI.

　This model features a metallic silver base color, with a distinctive center case adorned with rainbow IP plating that shifts from gold to purple to blue, and gold IP plating on the front screws for a subtle accent. This design highlights the precisely interlocking metal parts that are characteristic of the GMW-BZ5000 series in its side view. Furthermore, rainbow vapor deposition is applied to the outer edge of the dial, resulting in a finish that reflects the iconic coloring of this model.

　The display uses an MIP LCD, which boasts excellent visibility with its fine detail. 　The Ref. MRG-B2100D-2AJR is a new analog model that inherits the octagonal form of the Ref. DW-5000C, which was added to the "MR-G" line, the top-of-the-line G-SHOCK series. Its distinguishing features include a dial in a light blue color that represents the morning mist surrounding the five-story pagoda in Yamagata Prefecture, and a case and bracelet made of a lightweight titanium alloy.

　This watch is entirely analog with no digital display, and its dial features a three-dimensional design inspired by the traditional Japanese technique of woodworking. As mentioned earlier, the dial design also has a functional aspect, allowing light to enter through the gaps in the lattice to support the Tough Solar power system the watch is equipped with. The distinctive deep blue color is "Hanada," a traditional Japanese color, and represents the scene of the morning mist enveloping a five-story pagoda located in Yamagata Prefecture.

　The case is made of titanium, the bezel top is made of Cobarion, which is said to have a luster equivalent to platinum, and the bracelet is made of DAT55G, a titanium alloy that is highly hard yet easy to process. Appropriate materials are used for each part. Furthermore, it is constructed by combining many small parts, and each part is meticulously finished with superior cutting and polishing, resulting in a finish befitting the top line of G-SHOCK.

BLACK AND ELECTRO GREEN

The "GA-700 series" Ref.GA-700BEG-1A, the "GA-100 series" Ref.GA-100BEG-1A, and the "GD-010 series" Ref.GD-010BEG-1 are new models themed "BLACK AND ELECTRO GREEN," featuring a black-based exterior with green accents reminiscent of science fiction or professional optical equipment.

　In both models, the case and dial, excluding the LCD, are finished in a monochrome black, expressing the aesthetic of a stoic tool. The LCD is then given a vibrant green color called "Electro Green," which appears when the backlight is activated.

　The analog model Ref.GA-700BEG-1A features a three-dimensional and powerful design, and the large button at the 6 o'clock position illuminates the backlight, a characteristic feature of this model. In terms of functionality, it is equipped with a world time function, full auto calendar, timer, stopwatch, alarm, and more, making it a well-equipped watch.

　The Ref.GA-100BEG-1A, also an analog model, is characterized by its stopwatch function. When the stopwatch is activated, the speed based on a preset distance is displayed on the indicators at the 12 o'clock and 2 o'clock positions. Red lantern design

　Models with unconventional designs that incorporate scenes from the old downtown areas of Japan into G-SHOCK watches have also been announced. The "5600 series" Ref. DW-5600AKA-4JR and the "6900 series" Ref. DW-6900AKA-4JR, both featuring a "red lantern design," are based on the red lanterns that symbolize Japanese bar culture, and feature the words "shock resistant," a symbol of G-SHOCK, in a bold and flashy design.

　The PRO TREK "Climber Line" Ref.PRW-B1000B-2JF is a new addition to the analog display model series, combining a large case design reminiscent of outdoor gear with a highly legible, large-diameter dial. The design was inspired by Yosemite, a mecca for outdoor activities. Yosemite is known for its massive granite cliffs, and the colors of this model were determined from the granite and the blue of the sky reflected on them. The indicator hand at the 9 o'clock position is modeled after a piton used by rock climbers of the past, expressing respect for nature and a spirit of adventure.

　It also features a wealth of functions typical of PRO TREK, including measurement functions for direction, barometric pressure, altitude, and temperature, as well as solar power generation using Tough Solar, and automatic time correction via radio wave reception and Bluetooth connection. Furthermore, by connecting to a smartphone, it is possible to check the direction of the destination, and it is also possible to use route logging and save activity records.

　The case is made of flame-retardant grade biomass plastic, and the strap uses CORDURA re/cor™, a high-strength and durable fabric provided by Invista.

　The new PRO TREK "Climber Line" models, Ref.PRW-69Y-1JF and Ref.PRW-69YB-3JF, combine a large case design reminiscent of outdoor gear with a large LCD screen that simultaneously displays the time and compass information, enhancing both visibility and practicality.

　This distinctive dial is a duplex LCD, separating the display into two layers: one showing the time and atmospheric pressure using numbers, and the other displaying the compass using straight lines. The two displays are superimposed, ensuring excellent readability. The LCD screen is equipped with an LED backlight, further enhancing visibility when illuminated. The case is made of flame-retardant biomass plastic, reflecting a design that minimizes environmental impact.

　Ref.PRW-69Y-1JF features a silver case paired with a CNF rubber band that combines low-temperature resistance, high strength, toughness, and a comfortable fit. Ref.PRW-69YB-3JF ​​features a gray case paired with a strap made of CORDURA re/cor, a highly durable fabric provided by Invista.
