First Feature [2026 New Releases: Detailed Report] The Future of the Watch Industry Guided by "Flavour"

"Kronos Japan Edition" May Issue (Vol. 125)

Watches & Wonders Geneva has now established itself as the world's largest watch trade fair in every sense of the word. With new big names confirmed to exhibit this year, it is expanding even further and solidifying its position. However, the luxury watch market is by no means secure; the Chinese market is showing signs of decline, and the situation in the Middle East is extremely unstable.

Amidst all of this, we traveled to Geneva. What did we see, what did we feel, and what should we convey? From our coverage of this event, the largest ever, yet one that also carried the greatest sense of melancholy, the editorial team of Chronos Japan reflects on the future of the watch industry. The theme is "subtlety."

Second Feature: WATCHES AND WONDERS GENEVA 2026 [Part 2]

"Kronos Japan Edition" May Issue (Vol. 125)

The "Salon" is held at the main venue within Palexpo, adjacent to Geneva Airport. Separately, it has been included in "Watches & Wonders Geneva" since 2024, encompassing independent exhibitions held throughout Geneva. Exhibitions and events held in the city center are specifically referred to as "City" events.

The second part of our new product feature will report on the trends of brands that exhibited at "City" and also cover "WPHH," a Watchland-sponsored event held in Genthou, near Geneva.
