The September 2026 issue (Vol. 126) of the watch magazine "Chronos Japan" is now on sale. As is customary with each issue, a live stream will be held to explain the highlights. The live stream will take place on August 17th (Monday) at 7:30 PM. The participants will be Editor-in-Chief Masayuki Hirota, Deputy Editor-in-Chief Yukiya Suzuki, and editorial staff members Yuto Hosoda and Chieko Tsuruoka.

The main feature of this issue is "The Cutting Edge of Chronographs 2026".
Chronos Japan has previously featured chronographs as its main topic in issues such as "[Collector's Edition] Modern Chronographs: Their Evolution and Current State" (Vol. 90) and "Masterpiece Chronograph Impressions" (Vol. 109). In the latest issue, we look at the steady improvements made by each company and introduce new models with new mechanisms and new ideas. Focusing on three pillars—"durability," "utility," and "appearance"—we delve into the forefront of chronographs. We present the latest chronographs from Audemars Piguet, Jaeger-LeCoultre, TAG Heuer, and others, along with their movements and photographs.
The second feature, "Portraits of New Iconic Pieces," focuses on Bulgari's "Octo Finissimo." Masayuki Hirota explores the history and evolution of this collection, known as the "Saga."
