Creating the artwork and writing the manuscript is a lot of work!? Chronograph Special Feature
Chronos Japan, a luxury watch magazine launched in 2005, released its latest issue, No. 126 (September 2026), on August 6th (Thursday) of this year. The main feature of this issue is "The Cutting Edge of Chronographs 2026." It focuses on the improvements and evolution of chronographs from various manufacturers, introducing new models with new mechanisms and ideas. The feature delves into the current state of chronographs, centered on three pillars: "durability," "utility," and "appearance." It explains the latest chronographs from various companies, including TAG Heuer, Audemars Piguet, and Parmigiani Fleurier, which were also mentioned in the live stream, with accompanying photographs of the movements. Editor Yuto Hosoda said that creating the illustrations and writing the text was challenging because many of the parts around the chronograph are not visible from the outside.
