How to Apply
Step 1: Submit a photo of your watch and fill out the required information in the application form linked below.
1. Post a photo of the watch you want serviced on the application page
②Please fill in the required information and apply. To apply, you must register as a LA ViDA member and set an email address and password.
*To apply, you must register your email address on the WORLD WATCH GALLERY website operated by Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store.
*Only those who agree to having the repair process photographed can apply.
Step 2: Three lucky winners will be announced in early August! Visit the Watch Clinic on the 6th floor of the main building at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store.
*We will contact you separately regarding details such as the time of your visit.
*Winners will be notified and the announcement will be made on the WORLD WATCH GALLERY after the winners have been contacted.

[Regarding applications]

・Please note that the tickets cannot be transferred to a third party or exchanged for cash.

・Please note that only those who visit the Watch Clinic on the 6th floor of the main building of Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store and register at the reception desk are eligible for the benefit.
・Due to various circumstances, maintenance may not be possible.
・We will not include any customer information, but we may cover the repair process and write an article about it.
