A total of 14 German movements featuring a robust design inherited from pocket watches and exquisite finishing.

　Moritz Grossmann made a spectacular debut in September 2010 with the completion of the prototype of the "Venu." The first in-house movement, Cal. 100.0, which was classified as a first-generation movement, was installed in the original Benu. However, it is now well known that this was an "emergency press conference" held as the deadline between company registration and the first product launch was fast approaching due to German regulations. The company later announced the Cal. 100.1, a second-generation movement that incorporated all of the "leftovers from the original Benu" into its design, marking the completion of the standard for Moritz Grossmann movements. Currently, the company has 14 in-house movements. There are seven Caliber 100 movements that are part of the Benu lineage, five Caliber 102 movements with small, thin diameters developed for the Tefnut, one Caliber 103 movement with a tourbillon, and one Caliber 106 movement with a unique hammer rotor automatic winding mechanism. Of these, those with numbers in the 200s are the "Pure Series," which use the Benu/Tefnut design with some changes to the finish, regulator, and escapement. Caliber 107.0 is the only Caliber 100 movement to be given a standalone number rather than a subnumber, and is a "Back Page"-exclusive movement with an inverted gear train design placed on the dial side.
