Three new 41mm models have been added to the Royal Oak Frosted Gold Double Balance Wheel Openworked collection: 18KPG, 18KPG, and 18KWG, and two 37mm models in 18KPG and 18KYG. All feature a frosted case and a rainbow bezel set with multicolored gems. Both the 41mm and 37mm models are equipped with the Cal. 3132, which was first released in 2016. This movement arranges two balance wheels (balances) and two hairsprings on the same axis to achieve synchronized oscillations.

In the case of Cal. 3132, rather than simply turning an existing movement into an openwork, the final design was first drawn up and then the design was worked backwards from there, a process that presupposed the openworking. This resulted in the optimization of the structure while maximizing aesthetics.

Automatic winding (Cal. 3132). 38 jewels. 21,600 vph. Power reserve approximately 45 hours. 18K Yellow Gold (diameter 37mm, thickness 10mm). Water resistant to 5 bar. Price upon request. Scheduled for release in October.
The frosted gold case is a hammering technique inspired by ancient Florentine jewelry techniques. Audemars Piguet has been using this technique on the Royal Oak since 16, following a partnership with jewelry designer Carolina Bucci. Its distinctive feature is the subtle indentations made in the gold surface with a diamond-tipped tool, creating a sparkling effect reminiscent of precious stones or diamond dust. This enhances the iridescent gemstone-enhanced bezel of this model, while also giving the case a sparkle and expression that rivals its presence.
Royal オーク パーペチュアル calendar

Automatic (Cal. 5134). 38 jewels. 36,000 vph. Power reserve approximately 40 hours. Stainless steel (diameter 41mm, thickness 9.5mm). Water resistant to 2 bar. Price: 2,970,000 yen (tax included).
Two new models have been added to the Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar line, one with an 18KPG case and the other with a stainless steel case, each with a blue dial. The blue dials on these models represent a departure from previous models. The blue of the inner bezel and subdials is the iconic color commonly known as "night blue, Cloud 50," used on the original Royal Oak.

The Grand Tapisserie pattern is finished in light blue. The combination of different colors gives the dial a unique look, while maintaining a vibrant yet subdued tone. The automatic Cal. 5134 movement powers the central hour and minute hands, as well as four subdials displaying the month, day of the week, date, and moon phase, as well as a central week display. Despite being highly versatile and automatic, it is only 4.3mm thin, allowing the finished case to be kept to a mere 9.5mm thick.

A new 38mm Royal Oak Chronograph model has been added, featuring an 18KPG case and bracelet with a bezel set with baguette-cut amethysts and a purple dial that harmonizes with the purple of the amethysts. This is the first time that Audemars Piguet has offered an 18KPG model with an entire bezel set with purple gemstones. The amethyst used is a type of quartz crystal that comes in various shades of color. Therefore, the amethysts used in this model were carefully selected to ensure a uniform finish.

The purple "Grande Tapisserie" pattern dial that is paired with this model is made with multiple layers of purple PVD and is produced using a different process than other models. This creates a new effect in which the tone changes between pink and purple depending on the angle and light, while nuances of blue are delicately intertwined. The watch is powered by the automatic Cal. 2385 movement and features hour and minute hands, a small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock, a central chronograph second hand, a 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock, and a 12-hour counter at 9 o'clock.
