Excalibur Knights of the Round Table Monotourbillon

Manual-winding (Cal. RD115). Power reserve: approximately 72 hours. 18KPG (45mm diameter). Water resistant to 30m. Limited to 8 pieces worldwide. Price upon request.
Roger Dubuis has previously created pieces inspired by the Knights of the Round Table from Arthurian legend. This latest addition is a monotourbillon model. The tourbillon carriage sits in the center of the table, surrounded by 12 knights. Each knight is micro-sculpted from 18K pink gold. Their precision is so high that, despite each being approximately 6mm in size, each one's individuality is clearly discernible. The central, double or triple-layered pink gold plate serves as the hour and minute hands.
Excalibur Monobalancier

Automatic movement (Cal. RD720SQ). 28,800 vph. Power reserve approximately 72 hours. Aeon Gold (diameter 42mm). Water resistant to 100m. Price: 9,185,000 yen (tax included).
This is Roger Dubuis' first model to feature a free-sprung balance. Silicon parts have been incorporated into the escapement, and by revising the shape of the gears and using a new lubricant, basic performance, including the power reserve, has been improved. The openwork dial features the company's signature star-shaped bridge, allowing visitors to enjoy the three-dimensional shape with well-beveled edges and the movement visible underneath. The case is made of Aeon Gold, a unique alloy patented by the company. It is resistant to tarnishing and will maintain its beauty for a long time. In addition to models with smooth bezels, models with round diamonds set in the bezel are also available.
