Bvlgari is holding a limited-time event!
On November 8, 2023, the opening party for the "Bvlgari Serpenti 75th Anniversary: Infinite Stories Woven Across Time" exhibition was held in Omotesando, Tokyo.

The Serpenti, one of Bvlgari's iconic pieces, was first created in 1948. Since ancient times, snakes have had a profound impact on humanity, inspiring artists, writers, and poets for thousands of years. In some countries and regions, snakes are worshipped as gods, and in the Bible they are depicted as tempters and evil beings due to their seductive appearance. The dual nature of their image and habits has led to the theme of this exhibition being "Infinite Metamorphosis."
Bulgari's "Serpenti" has remained faithful to the essence of the original while evolving with the times. This exhibition will allow visitors to see how the iconic hexagonal scale motif has continued to change and evolve to the present day.

The outfit of Bulgari ambassador, artist/actor Tomohisa Yamaku

Actor Tomohisa Yamaku, who serves as an ambassador for Bvlgari, coordinated a Serpenti brooch in white and yellow gold studded with diamonds, with emeralds for the Serpenti's eyes, a yellow gold Serpenti Viper ring set with diamonds that is simple yet allows you to enjoy the shape of the Serpenti, and a pink gold Octo Finissimo. While an all-black outfit may be worn by other guests at the party, the technique of adding individuality and playfulness with watches and jewelry is a perfect example of party style.

The elegant appearance of the 40mm diameter is due to its thinness, and Bvlgari is currently a standout in the watch industry in its pursuit of thinness.
Automatic winding. (Cal. BVL138). 31 jewels. 21,600 vph. Power reserve approximately 60 hours. PG case (diameter 40mm, thickness 6.4mm). Water resistant to 10 bar. Price: 374 million yen (tax included).

This yellow gold ring with 0.59 carats of diamonds is designed to allow you to enjoy the joy of wearing Serpenti. Why not adorn your wrist with the unique, seductive movement of Serpenti and the noble beauty of its scales?
Due to the design, the ring cannot be resized, so we recommend trying it on in store to see which finger it will fit on.

Comment from Tomohisa Yamaku

"Congratulations on the 75th anniversary of Bvlgari's icon, the Serpenti, which symbolizes infinite metamorphosis! When I visited the jewelry workshop in Rome, I heard many stories from the artisans, and I realized that Bvlgari jewelry is a rare crystal born from the chemical reaction between the artisan's skill and unique design. I am delighted to have been able to witness the beginning of a new story for Bvlgari's Serpenti, which is always modern and evolving while carving out history."
Comment from Mori Hoshi

"Congratulations on the 75th anniversary of Serpenti! My new Serpenti story began when I visited Venice this spring to shoot the Serpenti campaign. Looking at my photos taken in Venice on display at the venue, I am once again reminded of my fond memories of the days I spent in Italy. I am proud that Tokyo is the final destination of this wonderful exhibition that has toured around the world. I had a wonderful time tonight. Thank you very much."
As Mori Hikari commented, Tokyo will be the last city for this exhibition. The exhibition will feature a selection of jewelry from throughout the years, including heritage pieces, as well as works created in collaboration with contemporary artists on the theme of "Serpenti." A Bvlgari cafe will also be open within the venue, exclusive to Tokyo.
