Oris has announced the Father Time Limited Edition, a collaboration model with Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC). This limited edition model features a white dial and a bronze case. The case back is engraved with an image of Father Time, the weather vane at Lord's Cricket Stadium.

　Oris has announced the Father Time Limited Edition, a collaboration model with Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC). Oris is the official timekeeper of the MCC and the club's own Lord's Cricket Ground. The brand has also collaborated with the MCC on a wide range of social contribution programs, including education and sporting events.

　This work symbolizes this partnership and is a limited edition model based on the company's signature Big Crown Pointer Date, featuring a white dial and bronze case.

　The model name "Father Time" refers to the weather vane atop the clock tower at Lord's Cricket Ground. This weather vane was presented to the stadium's owner, the MCC, in 1926 by Sir Herbert Baker, who designed the stadium's second ground stand, as an apology for delays in construction. Today, it is a beloved icon of cricket and other sports.

　The white dial features a warm color scheme. The cobra-shaped hour hand and rounded Arabic numerals give it a classic look. The fourth hand, with its red tip, is used to read the date. Unlike models that display the date in a small window, the numbers 1 to 31 are always lined up on the dial, making it possible to visually grasp how many days have passed in a month.

　The bronze case is initially bright in color, but with use it will gradually oxidize and develop into a unique piece. The stainless steel case back is engraved with an image of Lord's Cricket Stadium's weather vane and Father Time, as well as a serial number indicating the limited edition.

　This model comes with two different straps. One is a bronze bracelet that matches the case, and the other is a deerskin strap by Cervo Volante. You can enjoy switching between them. The movement is the Cal. Oris 754, which is based on a general-purpose automatic movement and has been modified to include a pointer date.
