Citizen x Darth Vader! A limited edition model in collaboration with the movie "Star Wars" is now available!

Citizen has released a new collaboration model with the film "Star Wars" as part of its "Citizen Collection." Based on an open-heart mechanical model, this special watch incorporates Darth Vader motifs in various places. It will be available for sale from May 16, 2024, and will be limited to 500 pieces in Japan.

A Darth Vader model that Star Wars fans will adore

　Citizen has released a collaboration model with the Star Wars film series as part of its Citizen Collection, which pursues both basic watch performance and design. While there have been numerous collaborations between Citizen and Star Wars, this latest addition is a special edition model featuring Darth Vader, one of the main characters, that will be coveted by Star Wars fans.

　This model features an all-black design that evokes Darth Vader. The dial features a small seconds hand at 5 o'clock, an open heart at 6:30, and a 24-hour display at 9 o'clock. The red, reminiscent of Darth Vader's lightsaber, adds a striking accent. The small seconds hand and 24-hour display also feature collaborative designs, making this a model that is fun to look at.

　The case back is transparent and features a special red circle line. As a collaboration model, the special packaging is also a highlight of this piece. Only 500 pieces are available in Japan.
