The new Midland collection has been restyled
Delmas, a renowned manufacturer of professional diver's watches, celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2024 since its founding in 1924. The name Midland holds special significance within Delmas, as it was one of the first four brands used by the Delmas founding brothers in the 1920s. It was later introduced as the Midland in 1946, marking the brand's first chronograph and establishing itself as the brand's sports watch. By the 1980s, its proportions and precision had been refined, and it eventually became synonymous with precision watches. Today, the collection includes quintessential chronographs and three-hand models that inspire modern sportsmen and watch enthusiasts.

Automatic movement (Cal. SW200-1). 26 jewels. 28,800 vph. Power reserve approximately 41 hours. Stainless steel case (diameter 40.5 mm, thickness 10.8 mm). Water resistant to 100 m. Price: 261,800 yen (tax included).
The latest Midland collection takes inspiration from the brand's timepieces of the past while meeting the needs of modern consumers, specifically models from the 1980s with a twist.
The collection as a whole is characterised by a bold, geometric tonneau-shaped case and a harmonious integrated bracelet. These proportions create a distinctively modern look. The sharp yet smooth satin-finished case creates a powerful contrast with the elegance of the fluted bezel.

The dial features a pyramidal guilloched pattern and is accented with white, black, salmon, evergreen, royal blue, and ice blue. Applied bar indexes and Super-LumiNova BGW9 hour and minute hands ensure excellent visibility day and night.

The 316L stainless steel case is water resistant to 10 bar and is sealed with a see-through case back, allowing you to see the movement of the Cal. SW200-1 movement and its customized rotor. The bracelet, equipped with a folding clasp with a push button, is both easy to put on and take off and securely fastens. The latest Midland thus continues the collection's commitment to functionality and style, making it a joyful and proud piece to wear.
