The Submersible Navy SEALs Edition, announced in 2024, takes design and functional cues from the camouflage uniforms worn by Navy SEALs while operating in the desert. These four new models share a common design code: the "NAVY SEALS" inscription at 6 o'clock on the dial and the small seconds hand are designed to resemble a rifle target, symbolizing the precision with which elite troops carry out their missions.

The Submersible Quaranta Quattro Navy Seals features military design with the refined technical sophistication synonymous with Panerai. The 44mm brushed stainless steel case and unidirectional rotating bezel frame a gradient dial that transitions from black to anthracite. Beige Super-LumiNova enhances this gradient, lending it a striking glow. The screw-down caseback is made of brushed stainless steel and is water-resistant to 30 bar. The Submersible Quarantaquattro GMT Navy SEALs Carbotech is a 44mm watch equipped with Panerai's GMT movement, Cal. P.900, and features an anthracite dial and carbotech, a carbon material developed by Panerai. The black carbotech case complements the anthracite dial with a black gradient.
The unidirectional rotating bezel is made from the same advanced material, giving the dial a more refined look, and the indexes are finished with beige Super-LumiNova® for excellent visibility.
Carbotech Features
Developed by Panerai, Carbotech is 64% lighter than titanium and 80% lighter than steel, yet is stronger and more durable. During the manufacturing process, carbon fiber sheets are bonded to the high molecular weight polymer PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) at precise temperatures and pressures. Improved in strength and lifespan, the Carbotech plate boasts excellent mechanical properties and performance in terms of strength-to-weight ratio, allowing it to withstand the most demanding wearing conditions while offering exceptional ergonomic comfort.
Carbotech is extremely light, resistant to external forces, and corrosion. The plate is cut to reveal a matte black surface with different grain patterns, which vary from one watch to the next, giving each watch its unique look.

This watch is equipped with the automatic movement Cal. P.9010. This movement has a double barrel and provides a power reserve of approximately three days. The mainspring is powered by a bidirectional winding rotor, ensuring continuous performance even during long expeditions.
The Caliber P.9010 also features a function that allows you to adjust the hour hand in one-hour increments, allowing you to quickly change the time. This adjustment can be made without affecting the minute hand, making it convenient for travelers traveling across time zones. To improve the accuracy of time adjustment, the caliber also features a stop-seconds mechanism that stops the balance wheel when the crown is pulled out.

The Submersible Chrono Navy Seals offers a powerful combination of lightness and strength. Its case is crafted from grade 5 titanium, which is 40% lighter and 60% harder than steel. The DLC-treated titanium unidirectional rotating bezel features a black matte ceramic disc, ensuring durability and functionality.
The watch is equipped with the Cal. P.9100/R automatic movement, which maintains a power reserve of approximately three days. It features a power reserve, a flyback chronograph function, and a countdown function. The mechanism combines a vertical clutch and a column wheel, and features a central chronograph minute hand. The flyback chronograph function allows the chronograph hand to instantly return to zero, reset, and restart with a single press of the flyback push button at 8 o'clock.
The power reserve of approximately three days is stored in two barrels connected in series, and this design, along with the use of thinner and longer springs, ensures a consistent and stable supply of energy.
Countdown and chronograph operation
The countdown can be set by pressing the pusher at 4 o'clock, with the hands moving back one minute each time you press it, and the pusher at 10 o'clock can be used to start and stop the chronograph.
