Two limited edition nebula-themed models have been released for the Citizen Exceed watch. One features a deep blue dial reminiscent of a nebula seen through a telescope in the distant universe. The other is a watch made of white mother-of-pearl that depicts a full moon floating in the dark night.
A mysterious watch with a nebula theme and a shell dial
Citizen's chic and sophisticated Exceed collection has introduced two limited edition models with a nebula theme. One of them, the Ref. CB1150-67L, features a deep blue dial that appears to have a faint light floating in the center. The center of the dial is molded with a pattern. According to Citizen, this watch expresses "the connection between the night sky and nebulae" with the gradation pattern of the dial. Indeed, the design makes it seem as if you can hold a nebula floating in the distant universe in your hand.

The watch face ring is made of black dyed shell. Each watch has a different pattern, so no two are alike. The subtly different patterns add a mysterious accent to this watch.
The other model, Ref. CB1154-66W, depicts the moon floating in a pitch-black night sky. The perfectly round moon is made of white mother-of-pearl. This model also uses black-dyed mother-of-pearl for the ring on the watch face. Along with the white mother-of-pearl placed in the center, each watch has a slightly different look, and no two watches have exactly the same look.
