The bright red Japan-exclusive chronograph, the Lunar Chronograph Red Owl, is scheduled to be released in January 2025. The model features an owl motif and guilloched dial.

Lunar Chronograph Red Owl

Chronoswiss will release the Lunar Chronograph Red Owl at authorized dealers nationwide from January 2025. This red-colored watch follows the popular Delphis Dracula, which was released in 2024.

This watch features an owl motif, a symbol of wisdom and good fortune, and a vibrant red dial with guilloched engraving. The layout features a moon phase at 3 o'clock, a 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock, a small second at 9 o'clock, and a 30-minute counter at 12 o'clock. It also features an analog calendar display with hands.

The moon phase at 3 o'clock is engraved with a serial number, which is proof that only 15 pieces are available.

This model is also a commemoration model for Yuki Kobayashi, a former member of the Japanese national soccer team and Chronoswiss ambassador. This modern watch, available exclusively in Japan, combines traditional Chronoswiss details with a contemporary design.

What is Chronoswiss?

Gerd R. Lang founded Chronoswiss in Munich. The company has produced numerous masterpieces, including the first mass-produced regulator dial model and the world's first automatic chronograph with a skeleton dial. In 2012, Oliver Ebstein became the new CEO and the company moved its headquarters to Lucerne, Switzerland. In 2013, in order to revive traditional techniques that are now rarely seen, an atelier equipped with enameling equipment and guilloching machines was established in Lucerne, Switzerland. The atelier produces high-quality, small-lot mechanical watches, producing just 1500 units per year.
