During Experience Time, each brand will offer a special experience in their boutique. The content will vary depending on the brand, and workshops and services will be prepared that make the most of each brand's appeal.

A. Lange & Söhne

The Lange 1 was released in 1994 as part of A. Lange & Söhne's revival collection. Its outsized date and asymmetrical dial layout are iconic and have become a representative piece of the brand.

 A. Lange & Söhne was founded in Glashütte, Germany in 1845 by Ferdinand Adolph Lange. Although the name disappeared from the watch market after World War II, it was revived in 1990 by Walter Lange, the fourth generation of the company. Under the manufacture system, the dedicated movements produced for each model combine beauty and utility, making the brand highly popular among discerning watch enthusiasts.

The iconic A. Lange & Söhne Lange 1 will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2024. This event will not only feature Lange 1s, but also aims to allow customers to experience the brand's worldview and German atmosphere. For this reason, German beer and snacks will also be available.

IWC

The photo shows the Portugieser Eternal Calendar, which was announced in 2024. It features a secular calendar and a Double Moon™ display that is only subject to an error of one day every 45 million years. This event is a rare opportunity to see this model in person.

IWC was founded in 1868. It has many long-selling models, such as the Portugieser, Pilot's Watch, and Ingenieur, thanks to its robust and reliable movements, making it a timeless brand.

IWC will be exhibiting the Portugieser Eternal Calendar, which was introduced last year and won the Golden Hand award at the Geneva Watchmaking Grand Prix (GPHG), in its boutique. In addition, IWC's dedicated watchmakers will be on hand throughout the event to answer questions directly from visitors.

Jaeger LeCoultre

The Reverso Tribute Chronograph is one of the models that showcases the excellence of Jaeger-LeCoultre's watchmaking techniques. When you flip the case over, the simple two-hand dial side reveals a complex and intricate face that catches your eye. This openwork dial is for the chronograph, and a retrograde 30-minute counter is placed at the 6 o'clock position.

As a "pioneer of precision and complicated mechanisms in watches," Jaeger-LeCoultre has produced a variety of masterpieces since its founding in 1833. The brand's watchmaking excellence is symbolized by its history of having produced over 1400 movements and holding over 430 patents. The company has also supplied movements to other high-end brands in the past, and models equipped with Jaeger-LeCoultre movements often hold a special significance compared to movements from other suppliers.

This event is a great opportunity to experience Jaeger-LeCoultre's watchmaking, as a demonstration will be held in the boutique by the brand's in-house watchmaker. With a glass of champagne or other beverage in hand, you can immerse yourself in the world of watchmaking, which has spanned more than 190 years.

Montblanc

Montblanc, famous for its writing instruments, also demonstrates its expertise in watchmaking. The model shown in the photo is the Montblanc Ice Sea Automatic Date, which was added to the lineup in 2024. The black glacier-patterned dial and bronze-tone case give it a unique yet warm feel.

Many watch enthusiasts are also fans of Montblanc's fountain pens and ballpoint pens, a luxury writing instrument brand. The brand has a strong market presence not only in writing instruments but also in watches, producing watches that appeal to a wide range of people, from collections suitable for daily use such as the "Star Legacy" and "Ice Sea" to high-end lines for connoisseurs equipped with Minerva chronograph movements.

At the event, in a special space on the second floor, professional calligraphers will create original signatures using fonts and marks according to the user's requests. In addition, signature engraving will be available free of charge on writing instruments purchased on the day of the event. Depending on the situation, there may be a waiting time, but the time spent "waiting" for your special, one-of-a-kind signature will be enjoyable.

Panerai

Many watch enthusiasts are drawn to the instantly recognizable Panerai design, and the brand is famous for having a voluntary community of fans called "Panelisti" around the world.

Panerai has its roots in a watch shop and workshop founded in Florence, Italy in 1860. The Radiomir and Luminor collections, which symbolize the company's history of developing and supplying precision instruments and diving watches to the Italian Navy, have garnered enthusiastic fans.

The event venue, the Panerai Ginza Boutique, was recently renovated last year. The new store has high ceilings and is spacious, and boasts the largest selection of watches of any Panerai boutique in Japan.

On the day of the event, customers will be able to have their initials engraved on the strap they purchase. Gifts and drinks will also be available, so even if you don't own a Panerai yet, be sure to stop by the store.

Piaget

While the slim and elegant Altiplano and sporty Piaget Polo are popular, Piaget also has a long history of producing jewelry watches. The Limelight Gala shown here is an elegant collection born from the intersection of watchmaking and jewelry making.

Piaget, with its motto of "always making things better than necessary," has brought numerous innovations to the watch industry through pioneering craftsmanship. In 2024, the company celebrates its 150th anniversary with the announcement of the Altiplano Ultimate Concept Tourbillon, a watch with a case thickness of just 2mm. The event will also feature "Deco Palace" (palace decoration).

The brand has developed its own "Deco Palace" (Palace Decoration) to further enhance the brilliance of its creations, and at the event, they will be presenting creations decorated with this design. These creations will not just be on display, but will be available for users to touch and feel. There will also be an immersive workshop where visitors can experience the world of Piaget's gold decorations.

Roger Dubuis

Roger Dubuis watches are crafted with sophisticated concepts both inside and out, leveraging their advanced watchmaking techniques. The Excalibur collection in particular features a dynamic case equipped with an innovative movement design and mechanism, giving a glimpse into the brand's spirit.

Founded in 1995, Roger Dubuis currently operates under the motto "Hyperhorology™." True to this motto, the brand offers many products that demonstrate "hyper" and advanced watchmaking techniques in both their mechanisms and designs, establishing a unique and special positioning that sets it apart from other companies. At the same time, it is also noteworthy that the brand values traditional styles, as evidenced by the fact that many of its products have been awarded the Hallmark of Geneva.

At the event, users will be able to experience the Geneva Seal workshop while enjoying champagne and other drinks, so there's no reason not to go.

Vacheron Constantin

From the sporty Overseas to the classic Patrimony and Traditionnelle, all Vacheron Constantin products are carefully crafted with advanced watchmaking techniques and craftsmanship, stimulating the desire to own one. In addition, the Historiques collection, which is a modern interpretation of the brand's heritage, is a timepiece unique to Vacheron Constantin, which has produced masterpieces throughout its history.

Vacheron Constantin will celebrate its 270th anniversary in 2025. Throughout its long history, the brand has continued to manufacture watches without interruption, preserving and evolving its unique style and techniques. The technical capabilities cultivated over its long history are fully demonstrated in high-end series such as the "Métiers d'Art" collection and the bespoke division "Les Cabinotiers."

Of course, even the collections other than those mentioned above, even the basic three-hand models, are of high quality in every detail, such as the polished case, movement finish, and dial paint, demonstrating the maison's pride. Despite being a long-established brand, the brand is constantly evolving, having been one of the first to enter the luxury sports watch market with the "222" and "Overseas" series.

This is proof that the brand philosophy, "Do the best you can, or at least try to do so," which originated in a letter from François Constantin to Jacques-Barthélémy Vacheron, is still alive today.

Vacheron Constantin is the only participating brand to hold the event in two boutiques.

At SALON 1755 Ginza, located along Chuo-dori, you can try your hand at a puzzle-solving game commemorating the 270th anniversary, while at the Ginza flagship store, located close to the 4th-Chome intersection in the heart of Ginza, you can enjoy a lecture on watches by a watchmaker along with a cocktail.
