Luxury watch brand Credor will release the thin, hand-wound models for women, "GTBE996" and "GSBE999," on Friday, July 21st. These are typical Credor creations, which advocate "unique Japanese aesthetics" and "precision with meticulous attention to detail."
The Caliber 6898 mounted on this model is a movement with a small second hand, measuring just 1.98mm thick. Because its components are so thin, it is a small-scale production item, with highly skilled watchmakers at the Shizukuishi Luxury Watch Workshop handling everything from assembly and adjustment to the casing.
The willow pattern on the dial is a symbol of Ginza, the city where Seiko originated and where women's hearts flourish. The pattern subtly appears depending on the light.
The case is 30mm, which is large for a Credor watch, and the bezel is set with 56 diamonds. The crown is rounded for ease of winding, and the case back is transparent. The lineup includes two models: the "GTBE996," which features a mother-of-pearl dial with 10 diamond indexes, and the "GSBE999," which features tempered blue hands.
