Audemars Piguet has announced the new CODE 11.59 by Audemars Piguet Flying Tourbillon. This model is equipped with a thin automatic flying tourbillon movement and has a compact size of 38mm in diameter and 9.6mm thick.

Audemars Piguet has announced the new CODE 11.59 by Audemars Piguet Flying Tourbillon, their first model to feature an automatic flying tourbillon movement in a 38mm case.
The dial, crafted in sand gold PVD to match the case, features an embossed wave-like pattern that radiates outward in concentric circles. This pattern was created in collaboration with Swiss guillocher Jan von Känel. An opening at 6 o'clock houses a flying tourbillon flush with the dial.

Brilliant-cut diamonds add sparkle to the simple, one-tone design. A flying tourbillon, which appears to be floating, is located at the 6 o'clock position. Automatic movement (Cal. 2968). 33 jewels. 21,600 vph. Power reserve: approximately 50 hours. 18K sand gold case (38mm diameter, 9.6mm thick). Water resistant to 3 bar. Price upon request.
The case is made of 18K sand gold, an alloy of gold, copper, and palladium, and its soft hue can appear either white gold or pink gold depending on the light.
Another appealing feature of this watch is the high level of decorativeness of the case. The combination of hairline and polished finishes and the hollow lugs create a three-dimensional effect, while the brilliant-cut diamonds encrusted on the middle case, lugs, and crown give off a dazzling sparkle.

The strap is made of beige alligator leather. Its stitchless design with large bamboo patterns enhances the overall look of the watch. It is completed with an 18K sand gold folding buckle, which is also set with brilliant-cut diamonds.
The Cal. 2968 movement featured in this watch is a thin automatic flying tourbillon movement measuring just 3.4mm thick. By using titanium for the tourbillon carriage and further revising the structure, it ensures excellent reliability, energy efficiency, and precision.
