To commemorate the Tokyo 2025 World Athletics Championships, which will be held this year, the company has announced a limited edition mini clock, the "Mini Sports Timer Clock Tokyo 2025 World Athletics Championships Commemorative Limited Edition Model." The release date is Friday, August 1, 2025. 2025 units will be sold in Japan only.
Seiko's sports timers are used in numerous sporting events. The "Mini Sports Timer Clock," which follows that design, now comes in a limited edition model commemorating the Tokyo 2025 IAAF World Championships. It features a quartz movement and a resin case (93mm high x 104mm wide x 45mm deep). Only 2025 units are available in Japan. Priced at 5500 yen (tax included).
