OMEGA has announced that it will serve as the Official Timekeeper of TGL presented by SoFi, a primetime team golf league.
One notable feature of this league is the use of a 40-second shot clock. The shot clock limits the time each player has to take each shot, and is a rule designed to speed up the game and create highly competitive play. It has attracted attention from fans as a new format for team golf. As the official timekeeper, OMEGA will support this rule, and also plans to cooperate in the areas of digital content and social media.
In addition, to coincide with the signing of this partnership, an OMEGA clock will be installed at the SoFi Center, a facility dedicated to TGL built in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
