Seiko has announced a new King Seiko collaboration model, the "King Seiko KSK BEAMS 50th Anniversary Limited Edition," celebrating the 50th anniversary of the founding of men's select shop BEAMS. Seiko has a long history of collaboration with BEAMS, a company that has had a major influence on Japanese fashion culture and continues to evolve, and this model pays homage to the 50th anniversary.

While incorporating various trends from a global perspective, BEAMS fuses the basic elements of casual wear such as sports, work, and military styles with Ivy League, rock, and surf-skate styles, and has had a major influence on Japanese fashion culture.
The limited edition collaboration model features a design theme based on the word "BEAMING," which is the origin of the BEAMS name, and incorporates the image of light into its design. The King Seiko KSK features a bold, faceted case design with striking edges, and features a black dial with a embossed pattern that evokes light. The embossed pattern, gold logo and hands, and three-dimensional indexes create a design that appears to radiate with light.
As a limited edition model, the words "BEAMS Limited Edition" and a serial number are engraved on the case back. The movement is the Cal. 6L35, the thinnest automatic movement among Seiko's current models.
