"Limited-time afternoon tea" 14,300 yen (tax included).

A variety of savory and sweet treats that let you experience spring with all five senses.

Located on the 4th floor of Tiffany & Co. Ginza, the "Blue Box Cafe" is a luxurious space where you can enjoy fine dining while experiencing the world of the Maison. The interior, enveloped in Tiffany Blue, was designed by Peter Marino, a master of modern architecture. The dishes served are supervised by Chef Natsuko Shoji of the French restaurant "été," who in 2022 became the first Japanese person to win the Asia's Best Female Chef Award.

The afternoon tea, offered for a limited time, features a menu that incorporates elements of spring scenery unique to Japan. The star of the show is freshly made crêpes Suzette topped with a golden sauce made with Setoka oranges. Served with ice cream made with plenty of vanilla beans, it offers a rich and creamy taste reminiscent of the warm spring sunshine.

The stand features a variety of seasonal items, including a tart made with rapeseed blossoms and sakura shrimp, which herald the arrival of spring; pickled cherries inspired by Japanese pickles; and a pâté de campagne made with spring cabbage dyed with beets.

In addition to cherry-shaped mousse and matcha cheesecake with shimmering gold leaf, the menu also features a variety of creative dishes that carefully express the charm of spring in Japan, such as a reinterpretation of the New York-born hot dog topped with smooth tomato mousse.

The tart on the first tier features cherry blossom petals represented by red and white strawberries. Inside the tart is a hidden cherry blossom paste filling, which harmonizes beautifully with the sweet and sour taste of the strawberries.
