Citizen unveils "Citizen L Reynel," inspired by raindrops.

Citizen has added a new design, "Rainell," to its "Citizen L" line of jewelry-like watches, which are described as "jewelry-like watches that let you embrace the brilliance of nature and become a better version of yourself." The name RAINELL is a combination of "Rain" and "Bella," and the case shape incorporates the form of a raindrop, while the dial features a hairline pattern reminiscent of a gentle drizzle.

　Citizen has announced four new "Raynel" models in its "Citizen L" line, inspired by raindrops. Citizen L is a brand whose concept is "jewelry-like watches that allow you to become a better version of yourself by embracing the brilliance of nature."

　The model name "RAINELL" is a combination of "Rain" and "Bella" (beautiful). Reflecting the model name, the case shape incorporates the form of a raindrop, and the dial features a delicate hairline pattern reminiscent of a light drizzle. It's also noteworthy that, in harmony with the classic impression of the hairline pattern, simple, straight indices and hour and minute hands are used, creating an elegant finish.

　The bracelet features a three-row design that creates a rhythmic sparkle with the movement of the wrist. Its sculptural form creates striking shadows, enhancing the elegant dial design.

　To coincide with this debut, four models will be available: two models with a silver-colored stainless steel case paired with a silver or purple dial, and two models with a yellow gold-plated case paired with a gold-colored dial, and one model with a warm gold-plated case paired with a green dial.

　All models feature Eco-Drive light-powered technology, allowing them to operate for approximately six months on a full charge, and are also water-resistant to 5 atmospheres, making them highly practical.
