A second special wine has been released in collaboration with Franck Muller and the underwater-aged wine "Sabrina". Franck Muller, a Swiss luxury watch brand, has consistently created products that connect people and time with innovative ideas. And Sabrina, which pursues a unique method of aging red wine underwater, defying tradition. The passion and philosophy for originality of both companies resonated with each other, and now the long-awaited second edition of this special wine has arrived.
This special edition features Franck Muller's iconic Byzantine numerals and a refreshing blue reminiscent of the beautiful sea. The design is a special edition in which the majestic images of time and the sea quietly intertwine.

The wine selected this time is "Vintage 2022" This wine is made by Graceland Vineyards, a producer in Stellenbosch, South Africa, and uses 100% Syrah from the 2022 vintage (15.0% alcohol).
This is aged for about six months on the seabed at a depth of approximately 15 meters off the coast of Nakagi, Okushiro, Minami-Izu, an area boasting some of the clearest waters in Japan. Freed from the terrestrial environment's light, temperature changes, and vibrations, it matures in the gentle swaying of the seabed, resulting in a smooth, mellow flavor with a depth of character.
Furthermore, the recovered bottles are adorned with gifts from the sea, such as calcareous algae, barnacles, and sand. No two are alike, and the fact that each bottle is a unique natural art piece, one of a kind in the world, is a major appeal of this project.
This product comes with an original sommelier knife and will be sold in a limited edition of 200 units. The price is 38,500 yen (tax included).
