New commercials for "Prospex" and new visuals for "King Seiko" have also been released.
Following her appointment as global ambassador, a new advertising campaign has launched both domestically and internationally since April 9, 2026 (Thursday). New advertising graphics for the authentic sports watch brand "Seiko Prospex" and the mechanical watch brand "King Seiko" have been released.
Additionally, a new TV commercial for Prospex, "<Seiko Prospex> Keep Going Forward 2026," has begun airing. Shohei Ohtani has achieved top-class results as both a pitcher and a batter, consistently building his success while maintaining a positive and enjoyable attitude that transcends conventional thinking. The video depicts a humorous exchange between Ohtani and a barista as he relaxes at a cafe on his day off. The commercial pays tribute to the unprecedented challenges he has embodied, and expresses the resonance between his positive attitude and Prospex's brand philosophy of "Keep Going Forward."
