Founded in 2005 by Romain Gauthier, Romain Gauthier is a luxury watch brand based in the Vallée de Joux, Switzerland. While the company's collections, such as the "Logical One" and "Insight Micro-Rotor," are characterized by a combination of traditional mechanisms and handcrafted workmanship, the "C by Romain Gauthier" line has garnered attention for its sporty design. Now, a limited-edition model has been added to this titanium edition bracelet collection.

The new "C by Romain Gauthier Titanium Edition Bracelet Lumen Dial" is, as its name suggests, a model featuring a luminous dial. The soft white dial is coated with Super-LumiNova, which glows light blue in the dark. The titanium indices, a combination of Arabic numerals and bars, cast shadows, and the resulting contrast makes it easy to read the time clearly.
The dial design is consistent with previous C by Romain Gauthier models. By slightly offsetting the hour and minute hands and varying the length and thickness of each bar index and second marker, the concept of "continuity" is expressed, resulting in a design that conveys a sense of breadth.
The integrated bracelet case, crafted from Grade 5 titanium, features a satin finish with polished accents throughout, creating a striking contrast. The bezel, with its geometrically defined contours, is a signature C by Romain Gauthier design, achieved through facet cutting and polishing. Similar facet cutting is also applied to the case back.
The in-house hand-wound movement is visible through the transparent case back. The finger bridge, symbolic of the watchmaking history of the Vallée de Joux, features hand-engraved and beveled details, and, along with the gears with their distinctive spokes and the frosted mainplate, is a visual treat. The bridge is made of the same Grade 5 titanium as the case.
